@@ionelaverian7846 rosacea, eczema and psoriasis are some of the most overly diagnosed skin diseases in the world. Julia 🧡 Good Morning 🌞 We do most of our damage by age 20-22 and so for the rest of your life your skin thickens and calloused and damage hide underneath. As you begin to grow your skin, old tissue starts to remove making way for new tissue. With that process things clean out and purge. What is your opinion on Goli ACV gummies for the gut health you talked about? I have done shots of ACV for awhile but they can be rough to get down.

My dermatologist recommended and prescribed me Azelaic acid gel for my acne and hyperpigmentation... what's your take on that remedy?

Azelaic acid is typically for acne and rosacea but not hyperpigmentation. It’s also over prescribed. But see how it works for you and let me know. I prefer a benzoyl peroxide in a Persa gel form. Time released benzoyl peroxide. For the pigmentation, dermabrasion, get rid of the old tissue and bring up new 🙌🏻It’s a game of patience. You can use a prescription that might be a bandaid now or be patient and truly change your skin forever.🍑

I have been educating myself here and is learning things I’ve never heard. I find it so helpful. I was wondering what your thoughts are on using hypchlorous acid spray for redness and acne as a disinfectant? It’s a new hype that is circulating around now as a holy grail and because it’s natural and inexpensive. Also, what do you think about using arrowroot starch as a face powder instead of cornstarch?
