Sir hopefully you see this and reply Sir I am having acne since 1 year approx from 6 month it had got worsen I went twice to a dermatologist but at first visit he didn't prescribed medicine only benzyl peroxide and facewash was provided at 2nd visit he gave isotretinoin for 40 days it worked little but not much Then changed the doctor and he gave ahaglow facewash and calamine lotion with acutret 20 mg for 20 days and one more medicine it worked like magic and at 2bd visit he changed the face wash to Vircoco glow face wash and Acnemoist moisturizer with sotret 20 mg . Earlier he said to take acutret 20mg after completing a medicine(after 15days) 2nd time he gave different brand of isotretinoin Sotret 20mg then doxycycline lactic now it decreased then decreased. now I'm in doxycycline medicine and I have dot dot in checks which remained same he said to wash with warm water day and night then to apply acnmoist moisturizer .sometimes acne increases is it due to warm water should I continue using warm water washing the face and what should I do know Sorry for the long comment 😥
