2 scoops truvani peanut butter protein powder
34g pumpkin pie mix
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Add water (not sure how much I added but just depends of the consistency, you don’t want the dough to be very soft)

1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
28g unflavored whey protein
Protein oats with egg whites
1/4 c oats
1 scoop truvani protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c water
80 g egg whites
1/2 banana
2 tbsp pb fit
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

453g ground turkey 98/2
1/4 c organic bread crumbs
1 egg
50g red onion
1/4 chopped parsley
4-5 garlic cloves
Tzatziki Dressing
170g greek yogurt
1/4 cucumber
1/2 tbsp chopped dill

1/2 lemon juice
