Here's a quick pasta recipe for you cookie. Ingredients: 200g of your favorite pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can diced tomatoes (400g) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Fresh basil leaves (optional) Instructions: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, but reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Prepare the Sauce: While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned. Add Tomatoes and Seasonings: Add the can of diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil to the pan. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained pasta to the pan with the sauce. Toss everything together, adding a bit of the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. Serve: Serve the pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired.
