Easiest explanation from my interpretation; The girl in the video is having extended nightmares manifesting her guilt (it could also be a manifestation of her subconscious, both work and it's not made explicitly clear) over the bullying she did to a classmate who she pretended to be friends with, resulting in their suicide. In the first verse I more specifically get the impression that it's bullying through text messages / things like LINE. Throughout the video, it clearly feels like an accusatory tone, and the symbolism makes me feel like the girl she bullied to suicide is the one tormenting her, as a manifestation of her guilt. Closer to the end of the song, it seems to imply that it's her turn next (to suicide) because the guilt of it has become too much for her to bare. The entire music video is ultimately a manifestation of feelings of guilt and suicide. The interesting thing is the presence of things resembling children's rhymes and, in the video itself, actual children. So she probably bullied this person when they were very young, before her true morals could actually flourish. At least, that's my rough interpretation of it all. I probably forgot to mention some things but it should be enough to follow along if you rewatch the video.
