And again… my throat still hasn’t been in the best condition :( It’s probably ‘cause I keep staying up late ;; But I really wanted to record this so I did anyway x___x I’ve been working on this (writing lyrics, recording, mixing, etc) for the past like 20 hours with a sore throat and everything (obviously with breaks in between LOL but it felt like I was working on this for forever XD), and it honestly just sounds terrible to me now 'cause I've worked on it for too long but whatever yolo
The lyrics were also kinda hard to write for this… There are some parts I'm still feeling like I want to edit, but it is what it is! haha :D My favorite part I wrote, though, is the second verse! Jin is my ultimate bias and Awake is one of my favourite songs. When I first heard it I fell in love with it but I didn't understand what it was about until I saw the lyrics. Since then I thought any cover of this song will never reach my expextations beacause Jin's voice is truly angelic.
