LUV THE BASSIST WOMAN TO HAVE BEEN SEEN MORE CLEARLY THOUGH, SHE IS A DIABLO...LOL. seriously, i have no formal education, music wise even language (bilingual immigrant)and i am a humble Filipino who happens to love American music etc...a quick story, i heard this woman doing country music, and I said to myself this woman will be a great one, her name is Gretchen Wilson( i remember great acts with my ear and remember them by name)...in short you are one of them...thanks for your artistry( mixture of stuff).it is so compellingly inspirational...pardon my English;( i am old dude)

dale smith hi! Courtney Hartman does play banjo, she plays a mean claw-hammer style. Look for “Hounds” or “This World Oft Can Be” for examples...

I don't think Shelby Means is with them anymore. Too bad, not sure what happened but she is a gorgeous lady and very talented. Maybe 5 girls can't get along for very long travelling.

I agree. Looks aside, Shelby's voice added so much, and she is a solid bass player. I heard that they all got along well, but both women and men have egos that can get in the way of the greater good of a band. Of course, we'll never know what really happened because they are all professional and won't air dirty laundry.

Shelby seems to have a personality which the other girls restricted on stage. Look at the personality she exudes when she formed a new group in 2017 with her boy friend, Joel Timmons called *Sally & George* You tube search *Sally & George*

these girls are all very talented, but they really need help with sound control. Their singing was over powered by the musical instruments. Just needs someone running a sound board IMHO.

+oldmtnfart I don't see that as a detriment because of the way they improvisationally play those instruments. I get irritated when the flat picking guitarist Courtney Hartman doesn't have her mike turned up enough to hear her marvelous solos.
