It's as if time stood still! Listening to these two throws me back to the '60s.ar rhe Club 47 Mt Auburn and the Cafe Yana. I performed on the bill with Jim and he gang at Brown University in the early '60s ' Looking forward to seeing Jim again at Mc Cabes.

This is not only a singing and guitar duet but an explanation of how these musicians became interested in old songs. Their playing and singing are strong and pure representing Blind Willie and Robert Johnson

Cross Roads, Eric Clapton,James Taylor, Jerry Garcia and Delbert McClinton all have the love of music. It is not only in their heads but is surges through their veins. How wonderful in a world that seems to have lost its wonder. Music to feed the heart and soul.

Most people have no idea about who Geoff Muldaur is but know of Maria Muldaur...Of course, both are consummate musicians. People know of Kweskin's Jug Band, but this recording of both together is magical stuff by magical artists. Geoff is a great entertainer in concert as is Kweskin. Long may they run!

Me, too! Both the one on Mt. Auburn and then the one in Brattle Square. Were you there the night Eric Anderson performed and Joan Baez showed up? Don't mean to take the spotlight off Jim K. and Geoff M. They are fantastic.

On top of all the righteous appreciation expressed here, they are super fun to sing along with. Good for the soul to join in freely there on your home turf. You know you want to . . .

It`s pretty how those harmony rollls layer over the other boom-chuck fngr pck’r..that might be Maria Muldauer’s bro, ..Village ppl of 60’s City Folkies in NYC’s Village ..who met all kinds of Folkies there, and developed more modern pop/folk styles..but, tho it sold well, it goes back to poor rural pickers like M John Hurt n Doc Watson..Eric Clapton, John Sebastian, Mamas and Papas, Joni, Bob ..mined, smithed and t ransmu ted the folk language to gold,..somehow , back in the days of Village Scene City Folkies..Quite a story! Pete S..wanted to keep it acoustic; not sure. If it’s just a folk tale he took an axe to Bob’s power supply to el guitar amp..it’s rumoured he was so taken abackby the advent of FolkRock..maybe, AC Guitar ppl know, if that is,historically accurate Village. folk scene Saga or not,..Greta Garbo lived by East River, Dave Van Ronk sang at W Sqare fountain,..Pete jammed in..very organic stuff back then, and real pizzas too ; ) i make someone nostalgic now?
