It really was. The hate is mostly because people say it's nothing like the other Acqua Di Gio's, but I think it smells like a mix of the original ADG and invictus acqua. But the performance with invictus acqua was poor compared to ADG Absolu for me I'm not sure if I got a fake or watered down but absolu lasts almost twice as long and twice as much projection for me.

I got some samples of Aqua Di Gio Essenza to try out, did not enjoy it as much as i expected. ADG Profumo still on top of my ADG flanker list. I seemed a lot of Dislikes on Fragrantica as well. I actually did fall in love with this smell. Just haven't bought it yet but always liked it. I don't always go with a hype, I gotten fragrances where there are mixed opinions and people disliked it but what mattered is I liked it and know I am going to get compliments. Stronger with you got a lot of mixed opinions and I like that fragrance a lot. It ended up at #1 on Jeremy's list. This is a good fragrance in my opinion and if you like Acqua Di Gio and want to try something less popular, go with Absolu.

I know a little bit about men's colognes. This is complex. You tend not to like it but smells so fresh and good. The dry down is extremely exotic especially with fresh clothing

I also really enjoy this new iteration of ADG. I almost find it better than the godly original. It’s like a new ADG for 2018. A lot of reviewers are underrating this, like you say, people will buy this.

Lasts a good 6hrs give or take. If you spray it on your clothes it lasts 10 plus hours.

My Batchcode 62PD04M 2017-12 but Giorgio Absolu was Launched 2018. Bottle and box everthing ok except for batchcode because its not match from the time was launched is it fake or legit?
