Acquire resource is something we do more than once. In case there is an expert advice need, we have to hire external resources. Or if the machineries stopped working then need to buy more

The output of Acquire resources is Resource calendars. Then how can that be an Input to this as well .? So is resource calendar both an input and output to this process .?

That's a really good question Fredy. It shows that you are thinking this through. Actually, not just Resource Calendars, there are several such deliverables that you may come across that are both input and output of the same process. Basically, think of it like making an update to an existing document. For example, Resource Calendars had certain information when they were taken in as an input, but during the course of this process, that information got updated. So the output is 'updated' Resource Calendars. Hope that's clear 👍🙂

@@imranzada937 The update to the document is the output. You will never find a separate section as Update. There are always Inputs, Tools and Techniques and Outputs
