Disclaimer: This warm up should not be done on it's own. Dancers should do the Intermediate Cardio Time and the Advnaced Cardio Time routines first, and then this one each time they warm up (creating a 15 minute cardio routine). Alternatively, teachers can create adaptations for the bridges, leg holds and needles in this version (dancers should not be attempting these skills until the body is warm. Completing the intermediate and advanced level Cardio Time first will help to warmup the body). This is an elite routine, suitable for dancers Pre-Pro 2 and above.
