I'm a nail tech (we use liquid latex for different designs) and I'm allergic to latex. What I found to be a great substitute for the liquid latex is just plain old Elmer's white glue. I hope this helps someone out there.

Another app I like to use for the desktop to see all my fonts in one place and the little extras that come with them is maintype. Super easy and convenient. Also, creativefabrica has a lot of great fonts and if you get their subscription you can download as many as you want. I love it! Awesome video Jessica! With TONS of great info in it!! 😁❤

I love your videos! This one is awesome! If you're interested, the glyph function is available in the Silhouette software. You may have to purchase the business or designer edition, but even the business upgrade is only $62.50. You also can do the offset in one click with that edition. Then you can save in an SVG and cut with your Cricut. I find it a lot easier! Of course it's totally personal preference!

@@EmilyMineDesigns the glyph function is an option in the text style panel that allows you to choose extra letter options that are added to some fonts. These options can include, but are not limited to, additional capital or lowercase letter styles, some double letter styles, some letter blends, multilingual letters, or numbers and special characters. I'm not sure Cricut design space includes this option since I don't have one. It is included in the version of silhouette design space that I own. I hope this helps!

Phonto tip: if you just save the offset and upload to DS, then you can use contour to bring out the inside! No need to save the image and upload twice :)

No it usually does not but every now and then a little gets in there but it's easy to bore out with that reamer tool I use. Thank you!

thanks! pull your transfer tape back and against your peice so you're not pulling up on the tape after your transfer the vinyl. it can be a pain sometimes!

I get it from Walmart. I clean it after sanding it. I don't use non-abrasive pads on keychains i just use my sanding blocks then wipe them clean with rubbing alcohol before i apply the epoxy and glitter and before I apply the vinyl on the other side

Usually the fonts have “swashes and glyphs” in a separate font that you’d add. Look up KZbin tutorials on “how to add swashes and glyphs to fonts in Cricut design space” idk if you use a Cricut or not but those tutorials will help out a lot!

I finally figured it out with other videos and playing around with it! Download the “Fonteer” app and upload to there and then you have to go to your settings and download the font there and then it shows up in Unicode!
