New subscriber - can’t wait to try making one of these ! I’ve had a Cricut Explore for 5 years; I’ve made a ton of cards with it… but for some reason cutting/ applying vinyl has me intimidated. Silly, right ! I also bought a Heat Press, so in addition to key chains and glasses, I’d like to try oven mitts and blankets. I’ve got to get over my fear of cutting vinyl, lol !

Does the size of words matter? I seem to have an issue with weeding out designs with lots of words or small writing. Would welding it help?

Yes it does depending on the image. I try to use not many words or just stretch out an image to fit into a 2 inch round. Trial and error

Nope, I use permanent 651 vinyl so there should be no peeling off. Mine has not yet

Huh I honestly couldn't say. I haven't had a problem so far. Do you normally seal yours? With what? Maybe I should be? They are a big seller for me in the store I have my crafts at

@@icreatecrafts8462 No, i haven't found anything good to use as a seal yet but i have not given up hope hahaha. I know a lot of ppl don't seal but a lot of guys i give mine to are construction workers and such. My problem is, i just started doing these about 2 weeks ago and do not know how well it stays unsealed.
