How to paint on glassware with fluid acrylic paint.
Today, instead of just painting on a canvas, I also dipped two wine glasses in red, black, and gold fluid paint. This easy diy project will turn a basic wine glass into stunning "class" ware that you can put on display, or simple use. Cheers! 🍷🥂
To finish them off, I sealed the bottoms with one coat of gloss Mod Podge as the set is for decorative purposes only. I love the custom red dried into a gorgeous plum color that is highlighted by shimmering gold.

PM & Ratio = 2:1 (approx)
2 parts paint
1 part Liquitex Gloss Pouring Medium
Water added. Mound consistency.

Another great tutorial. Love how you explain what you’re doing and why. That is SOOO helpful. Been watching for a while and just recently started pouring. I tried dipping a margarita glass into "Mexican " colors..red,orange, yellow and green but everything turned into an ugly brown color. Any suggestions or ideas on how to do it again?

The key to mixing paint colors is understanding color theory, or how colors change when blended or other paints. Also, if your paints are too thin, they will over blend. Hope that's helps.
