I like how pure perfectly hit SVT beats leave an afterimage as it moves to the line. Additionally, afterimages still appear even if the hit isn't perfect, with the length of the image indicating the closeness of the hit.

I've noticed some very small changes inside the already existing that this update made that I don't think most people noticed. So i'm going to list them here. Level 3-1N: when Hailey appears on screen 31:16, the nurse quietly cues Hailey's heart beat (The most noticeable change) Level 3-2N: At the start of the song 35:02, Hailey's heart beat gets cued (Again) Level 4-3 (58:30)/4-3N (1:01:41): all patients have different heart beat sounds. I probably missed a few but thats all that i'm gonna list because these are the only changes I found interesting.

Here's some cool ones I noticed: 3-3 Distant duet got a HUGE overhaul with its background ( the pictures, the city, the rains timing, the double city). So much as been added that the old level looks like a demo. the different heartbeat sound is true for almost every level with multiple 7 beat heart patients! Even songs like WOT and the muse dash levels. (which makes getting S ranks easier

I'll speak my idea of the story for Chapter 5. So, this guy called Lucky was a famous baseball player before he presumably threw his shoulder out while at a big game. Ian gave him some freeze meds to help with the pain, but Lucky got a bit too excited and tried exercising his shoulder again. When he got back he went under both hot and cold medications to help him, though Lucky will be staying there a while so he can heal.
