Funkacris wasn’t just a singer-he was a force of nature. Born in the heart of the 70s, he strutted onto the scene with platform boots, a golden microphone, and enough groove to make statues dance. His signature hit, “Act a Groove”, was an all-out funk explosion, telling the story of a wild night where the bass was heavy, the dance moves were reckless, and the cops showed up-only to start dancing too.
Legend has it that one of his concerts got so funky, the disco ball melted from the sheer heat of the groove. Though time moved on, Funkacris remains a legend, his spirit living on in every wah-wah pedal and bass slap that dares to get down.
