A kind of scary fact. I had a friend that went to Italy for 2 years, ate some sort of fast food over there almost every day, and lost a TON of weight. Over 60 pounds, without trying at all. The difference in quality and freshness of food over there compared to here isn't even close. Even the "natural" stuff here is different due to the environment

I don’t know how they milk cows in America but in Australia the cows are milked for 10 min or so once to twice a day while they eat feed in a milking pen normally 20 each side then there realised back in yo a grass paddock to eat grass and each morning and night they walk up to the dairy to be milked live a prity chill life

They're given growth hormones, the facilities are filthy and tightly packed with no moving room, there's machines that get put on their utters and are not maintained to the point that the utters get infected and that gets transferred onto other cows.

I knew this kid back in the day that was also like a human jukebox, Just about any rock song and pretty much everything done in the last 40 years he knew, you could change the station and he could almost instantly sing along and sound good. What was funny about it all is that kid had the worse stutter i have ever seen but when he sings along no stuttering whatsoever!! I have not seen the kid in years, he joined the Army and drove over a IED and hit his head on the roof of the hummer and got medically discharged on his 2nd tour in Iraq and got addicted to pain killers and then moved out to Colorado and never heard from him since.
