I got one of these sets 😊 it is so cool! The etool holder is amazing! The extra Lewis gun really surprised me. Mine had some problems with the chevron on one sleeve. I cleaned it up and am so pleased with it. I’m with you about how awesome this is!

The Action Man first issue Australian Jungle Fighter was identical to the G.I. Joe version, the set you described was the late issue version. I have the Desert Fighter dressed in the LRDG uniform driving my G.I. Joe Desert Attack Jeep, with a spare Australian manning the .50 cal MG in the back. It's a pity that Modeler's Loft didn't produce these sets in greater numbers, I wouldn't mind adding a few more Green Berets and German Infantry to my collection. If you're looking for vintage AM kit, caligeff on evilbay always has a good selection, and the majority of what he offers is in top notch condition.
