Ok, I never thought I'd say this but HD makes the 4 Strokes sound killer. The precision on some of those sections cannot be improved. He seemed to be so dialed on this track, he landed within inches every time in the bowl landings and kept the absolute minimum drag due to that. Zig zagging left and right through the sections also make it easy to angle the tire to miss the little G hit on the rear tire, again reducing drag. I think I spent more than an hour rewinding and slow-mo'ing the 1st three minute of this vid. lol I don't think I've ever seen precision at this level on any rider, and I was a big MC fan because he was like a machine. Deegan is only on his 2nd year and looks like he has mastered that bike 110%. I know nobody's perfect, but this is as close as I've ever seen, and I have been closely watching this sport since 1995. Nobody has put down laps that smooth before that I have seen. He has a 6th sense for this to say the least. Damn, I am impressed. I don't care who he is, or what team he's on, this video is more than a clinic. It's a absolute masterclass of how close to perfection a dude can be on a bike. Stunned. Amazing riding.

SX skills are considerably better. Night and day. What a difference a year makes. Going to be an exciting year for him undoubtedly. For the fans who like watching close racing, it might be fun to watch 2-5 battle. If his starts are on point, i cant see many others matching his speed. On top of that, once his confidence peaks after a couple of wins, he'll be hard to beat imo. Praying for a healthy season for all the riders. I personally dont have a favorite. I am a fan of good racing, clean racing, hard work, and good sportsmanship. Let the chips fall where they may. GL

It may be too late, but I think they need dirt to get the crowds. I don't like the feel of the cramped small places but I understand, and its safe as it should be. I just wish they had bigger places to go. They could try to mix it up a bit too, and have the FX guys racing small stadium races to add content. Or 1 v 1, just throwing it out there. Without a big name, like 1 dude said "Pastrana's gone" it's hard to sell people tickets when they don't know the guys out there. Everybody needs a guy to root for. I stepped away from MX for years, came back because I saw 1 H. Deegan vid, and have been back since.

I can't see him coming into his prime and switching bikes. That setup is one he has mastered, so I would consider that a mistake to do now. But I know money talks, but man, I'd be terrified of that change at this time in his career, and they seem to work well with Brain, and that is hard to find out here. I think He needs to stay, and be the top dawg for his career. That is the best bike in that class I keep hearing, so I don't see him going anywhere. I mean 250's but I do not know what is considered the best 450?
