I would love to do that course. The last one I did was high up in the trees at Go Ape (Dalby Forest in the UK) we had to do the course in our own group and we had to attach / unattach ourselves to all the safety and zip lines. We didn't have anyone to do it for us and there was only 1 line not 2 like one these and the harnesses we're only around our waist and legs not full body like those you wore. I was always frightened that I would tip backwards lol 😆

Avalon is fun! Hopefully you ate at the Original Antonio's Pizzeria! Also did you head our of Newport Beach on the Flyer or Long Beach on the Catalina Express?
