I really appreciate the professionalism this lady is showcasing. If this proposal works out (and it sounds like it will), I really want more ActionSA and DA members to communicate professionally and clearly like her. Granted I've seen the DA try, but they could do better.

It sounds like Action SA wanted this position as part of the coalition agreement. In order for the DA to keep the coalition stable they had to agree to create this position for them. How this will help the residents of Tshwane remains to be seen. Action SA was the first to change sides when the staff were striking after agreeing with the budget.
