What happened there we were never told... but two of those parties (the DA and IFP - who also said before they would not work with the ANC) have decided to enter coalition talks, while ActionSA has refused. So who is to blame for the split in the MPC? Also, ActionSA said they were going to get 10% of the vote... but they couldn't have been more wrong. So clearly they are detached from reality - and are ineffective at getting support. And the PA attacked the DA first. But so what? That is what you do in an election. The DA is not "only out for itself" - it is the only party (whether you like it or not) who is running a successful government in this country - without corruption, and with the best service delivery, economic growth, employment rate, education results, etc. etc. of any province. And this experience is exactly what the national government can do with right now.
