I discovered this set early this year. It is absolutely outstanding … right on the spot. Activa might be the most underrated producer and dj in the whole trance industry

It's crazy that this guy created the modern trance sound but he's not as big as some names like joc, pvd etc.. He always produces the best uplifting in trance I think and his sets are quality too. Should be more noticed and bigger than he is. I think it's only the true trance fans that really know him.

@@GPUGear the scene's not corrupt. Activa just doesn't really do any marketing. Or host his own festivals. Joc and Pvd both have giant labels which essentially beefs up their resume. Even if Activa does theoretically make better music than everyone else. That's where his focus lies. Something that would bring recognition to Activa would be more show closing projects like AA meeting which will bring his name out there.

You want to know right? Let me explain: His sound is quite bland and generic to be honest. I agree, he is very good at producing. Sound always balanced structure, clean, mature modern uplifting. Honestly, all of his tracks is very professional to heard. But he don't know how to make a strong melodies. Melody is perrty important in Trance music.

I remember my comment on Activa's last Luminosity performance video in 2017, when he played a great mix of Vandit and Discover tunes, I was so jealous of not being there (cause I've been in the Army that year..), but now I can finally (!!) see myself at the front middle (yellow t-shirt, rainbow lei), constantly dancing and catching the melodies, liste ning to my favourite productions from him, such as his intro "Inflexion - Pure" rework as an intro (didn't expect to hear it at all, have that rework in my collection), "Remember" (one of my fav's along with "Transmission") and "Found My Silence"! Other tracks were on top as well, with that same old "Discover Records" atmosphere! So glad he's back, and with the launch of Regenerate Records, the label releases are pretty amazing so far! Hope to see Rob again asap! :)

Man I was there for this, couldn’t believe my ears when he opened with this monster classic rework. One of my fav classics to this day. The emptions and the fun that was had during this set is unrivalled! Shame he mainly sticks to producing nowadays. He is so gifted. Last time I saw him live was at wax format in air Birmingham 2 years ago. A vinyl only set and my god was it special. Not often you hear djs belting out sets anymore

M Sader Gavin fitchie 1998-2003 was the best trance dj we had. Played most of his sets alongside Louder. He would phase two of the same tracks together. Folks didn’t know if they were coming or going. SA needs clubs bad

He does know how to make lol. 'Polestar' is my favourite. PROPER way of uplifting. great balance of the music and samples too. no loudy filter or other effects like most artist do.
