Bought Activa 125 (drum brake, alloy wheels) yesterday (December 15, 2023) in Bihar @ ₹ 1,07,080 inclusive of RTO, insurance (accesories cost ₹ 5200). My first scooty. Price wise, I think, it was costly in my town. The front mobile phone holder as shown in this video is not same in my vehicle. It is open as if to keep a bottle. No tools given in boot space. The engine is smooth. The two km ride from showroom to my residence was very pleasant and comfortable. Except the price tag, everything so far is good. Will write a detailed review after one month. Initially, the dealer was reluctant to give a free helmet as free gift. However, when flaunted a connection, they gave it and oblige. The showroom staff were cordial and friendly.

Sure..I am not a professional reviewer. Hence, I will post a comment very soon on your reply. As a rider, I am satisfy with the vehicle. However, be ready to know what professional reviewer failed to get notice in vehicle. The customer's issue at the service centre. One thing will discourage you to by this vehicle as per my experience. I am just riding this vehicle in city, which is frequently in traffic jam. And my scooter, as per the digital display board is giving mileage of only 36. 7 or 37 km per litre so far. I am not using scooter very frequently and for long drive. I am planning to cover 100 km ride in a stretch and then the mileage issue will be clarified. The vehicle manufactured in December 2023, model Activa 125 OBD 2 is without having engine auto cut facility after 3 sec stoppage at traffic. I was thinking that it was not activated in my vehicle but at the service centre I WAS TOLD THIS MODEL does not have engine outcut facility. No professional reviewer will tell you about that.

I just bought a Honda Activa 125 after checking every scooter in the segment. Some scooters give more features than Activa 125 but Activa is the most reliable one. Engine is super smooth and riding experience is great. Gives good riding confidence to the rider. Good features like auto engine cut in signals and distance to empty. Overall great experience so far. Very reliable.

The most small tyre in these three models though Destini have also the same. And most probably mileage is not as Jupiter. Can't tell about Destini. Because of these small tyres I've opted and bought TVS XL Comfort Moped, mileage is double than these scooties.

Thanks for a very informative video. I'm planning to buy a used two wheeler of 2018-19 make tomorrow and I am confused which one to buy Activa, Access, Dio or Jupiter. BS6 has robbed them of the potent engines that were the 125cc class. Only the Ntorq feels punchy. Activa 125 feels dull and drab and featureless, also not very reliable. Starter issues, crap suspension. destini with its small size and crap reputation and Jupiter feels a little unsteady at higher speeds, it feels like a old Chetak scooter in terms of handling. Ntorq is the best 125cc all rounder ever. What an engine and what a suspension. Have pushed it to 100 kmph though 80 is preferred with its braking capability.

Jupiter have issues compare to activa Vibration even in brand new scooters Spare parts issues, hardly find it in market TVS services is not good Personally I was attracted by Jupiter for its looks and space but i yesterday compared both (new scooters) activa engine is much better than Jupiter (you'll feel little vibration even in unused) And if you want to purchase two wheeler then go for bikes....bikes will be more reliable

Lovely review. For himachal mountain roads between tvs n torq and aprilia sr 160 which would u go for in terms of power, after sales service and spares. My third option is new Jupiter connect 125 otherwise. I have used my 2012 maestro with 10 inch wheels and 110 cc in himachal. But some places it's under powered. Can barely cross 12 to 15 kmph when climbing hills and rough patches on hills. Pls suggest. Have subscribed too
