I had an experience where I was laying in bed and then I heard the most beautiful music I've ever heard. Then it felt like I melted into my bed and me and the bed became one. It was nice and warm and cozy. My head was still above the bed, but the rest of my body was melted into the bed. Then I eventually fell asleep.

The other day a customer came into the store I was in and he had these speakers blasting some sort of repetitive aggressive techno music. It gave me a full on panic attack (with chest pain and tightness, shortness of breath, disorientation, blue lips.. ) I absolutely believe in the power of music and sound. I'd be stupid not to after that incident.

I have discovered that I can multiply the power of a sound on my body by vocalizing the same tone I am listening to during meditation. I can feel my entire being vibrating. Mixing this with visualizing colors and shapes for the various chakra is extremely powerful for healing and integrating. The silence of the long slow inbreath is an important part of this meditation. I have tried this with all the vowels and some of the consonants and have found what works for me.

He explains why the vibrations of that particular piece of music are effective for healing all ailments, and then plays the relevant section right there in the video. Highly recommend. @Alex, I totally relate to the dude who listened to metal for cathartic anger release. I grew up on metal, and I still listen to it occasionally just for that purpose. It does work. It's akin to primal scream therapy. But I agree I'm also much more at ease when I listen to someone like Steve Roach.

🙏🏽While my Father was in hospital, I found when I used term "Hard of Hearing"... no one paid any attention to the extreme level of his impairment & just yelled at him BUT when I changed term to "Hearing Impaired" or "Severely Hearing Impaired", then they watched as I looked directly into Father's eyes & spoke clearly & directly to him, so he was able to see my mouth as well, WITHOUT yelling, he was ALWAYS able to hear what was being said. Broke my heart when I saw anyone yell at him & expected him to hear -- quite frankly, it was a blatant form of abuse. And bc no hospital 'professional' spoke to him correctly, he very seldom had any idea what was going on & they drugged him far more than what was needed. One drug they used morphine which had a direct & very negative effect on his brain. When anyone u love or care about is in the hospital, even people who have top-notch hearing -- do NOT leave them alone.... they will do whatever they want to ur loved one.... they MUST have protection while in hospital, most especially seniors!!!

Maybe its that each bodily organ vibrates to certain frequency and that explains why works for some, not others, depends on the organ or system that needs the type of resonance

At first l thought it may be due to a mental problem 😂 when l play back a video that l personally recorded l can hear myself humming 😂 Needless to say l turn off the volume before l share😂 because some people can't handle it,l used to try and stop around them but now l either remove myself from people or they from me. So for medical reasons; if you have low blood pressure; perhaps humming may not be the best thing to do. Perhaps, you might want to consider trying other type of relaxation music. I am RH negative and I walk around with an abnormally low heart rate and blood pressure. Yet I’m very energetic and doesn’t affect me even though I’m in my late 50’s But when I hum I get dizzy. So he is telling the truth that it lowers your blood pressure, but like he said not one thing is right for everyone! Stay blessed ❤

Late Hubby was a professor and he loved deep dive history books. I was 7 years younger and when I’d say I just could not get into the books, he used to say “you aren’t old enough yet.” I laugh now at 72 because I’m so much more interested in the same genre of books.
