Bro are the sensors restricted to only few ares of the car? Like the sensors work only in the region you've shown. And I've set the sensors at high sensitivity i.e L15 and to test it i have to give a hard beating to the car. The sensors are working only on the front fenders. The kids in my apartment won the battle of scratching my car without letting the siren go ON 😣. Bloody irritating psycho kids

hi, so sorry to hear about your car. but in those cases please prefer FULL BLAST MODE only. for that go to > Security > S4 > L11> press knob (SUCCESS will be displayed.) Please NOTE : Next time you go in security settings it will show you "AB" sign above L11 please let me know if it works..

The siren starts loudly even when nobody is around the car. In fact even the S3 and S4 settings are set to L00, still the full blast siren starts without any reason. The dashboard shows the low battery indicator for the key. Is it because of the low key battery? Now because of this, I have disabled all my security system. Please help.

No. company is not providing these features yet. i was expecting same from Ciaz 2017.but no useful upgrade. there are many companies which install the kit in car and claims for complete surveillance ( like location,speed, average,etc.). but SMARTDrive will not recommend these up-gradations as there will be serious issues during Warranty claims. - Vishwajeet SMARTDrive

Sir, Pre warming is not working but full blast is working. It works only on right side fender. It's not working on other side except right side front fender.

We will try this first. 1. Disable full blast warning alarm from settings 2. Check if pre warning working well on all sides or not. If pre warning goes well we have all shock sensors working. Plz comment after this trial

@@akshaypradeeps so it's confirm that this problem is not related with settings. there might be rat bite to sensor wires or any damage happened internally to central locking wirings or sensors. we have to thoroughly check the system components. better you ignore if you have your own parking. and correct this during next major servicing/insurance claim.

+ajinkya gaikwad hey, thanks for watching. You need not to worry about battery as you have petrol varient. Actually siren and indicator lights don't consume much power. But theft and severe dents could be captured immedietely by full blast siren. I will recommend you to start your car for at least for 10 minutes in a month. And that will be enough for your car battery.

Depends on where you park your car. If the Parking place is too much undisturbed then higher levels are preffered as you will get intimated about tresspassing in parking area. On the other hand, if The parking is in noisy place lower settings are preffered for full blast as society or you will not get disturbed due to small kids or pets. Basically it's just trial and error thing. No thumb rule for it. Please follow settings from video for few days. If you need changes you have the video anytime.😊

Yes. Shock sensors are very sensitive near doors and engine hood. So it will definitely trigger the siren if someone is trying to put on Jack or bricks for towing the car. But please note. Car will blow siren for only 90 secs. Not more than that.

@@SMARTDrive thanks. When I go to security setting as you suggested it only gives S1 and its sub selection no options for S2, S3 or S4. So I have to do something else to get access to those settings.

Frankly speaking we can't do much about this there are some cars where the customisation is possible by factory settings. unfortunately your car don't have that settings but still you can enjoy the anti theft alarm as a major security system.
