can u please explain what is the chemical reaction looks like when bacteria consumes the waste and forms the floc.the one you narrating from 1.40 to 1.55 minutes

The reaction doesn't "look" like anything that we can see, even under the microscope. The bacteria chemically burn sugar to release the energy it contains. Chemically, it looks like combustion. C6H12O6 + O2 --> CO2 + Water + new bacteria and exopolymer
