Thank you, I think the treatment can or shall separate rheo water air and particle matter separately, it is better to keep this tanks closed much below the depth of ground and near trees to keep it more natural and healthy

Hi Syazwan the amount of activated sludge is usually defined by the MLSS. The MLSS in a standard ASP process is often between 2500 and 3500mg/l.

Grit removal is not really necessary a it settles at bottom

Grits will wear out pumps and pipes and settle where you don’t need it to settle. Or some of the grits may find it’s way in centrifuge or the incinerator and cause big problems.
