This is just awesome, I’ve always wanted to tune and make mapping programs. Great detailed vid.

Nicely done, the explanations were spot on. Looking forward to giving the ERM a try for my 300SX as a snowbike.

Well explained video on the ERM, Will be interested in a module and tune for my TC125 when available. Is my understanding right that when making small changes and test riding to see the results, that, you have to reflash each time or can the ecu read directly from the ERM and then reflash once you are happy with the changes and then reflash to save?

Once youve saved the changes on the ERM under a profile you then need top flash that profile to the ECU in order to feel the change. The ECU doesnt automatically pick up on the changes made on the ERM. Flashing takes about 30-60sec on the TPI bikes and a little longer on the TBI bikes.

@@TwoStrokePerformance no worries, thanks for the reply.

I'm confused. Why would %throttle opening not be directly proportionate to rpm? My rpm's rise as I open the throttle. Doesn't everyone's? Clearly I'm missing something. I'm referring to the fuel addition and subtraction feature. My 2024 tbi tx300 is running rich, fouling plugs and spooging So bad, that I have oil on my swinarm!!! 94 octane Sunoco with Motorx 60:1

If we already have our ecu tuned by you guys. Can we still buy this and have an original ktm map?

What are the actual costs of resets?

If I wanted more oil over the whole rev range and all throttle positions I would put 10% for example in all the boxes is my understanding

Yes thats correct.

Thank you What octane fuel do you tune on Have a minor knock with the stock TSP tune but goes away in basic tuning when I select the rich setting
@TwoStrokePerformance6 ай бұрын
@@med0ri Hi we always use 98 RON non ethanol pump fuel. Different fuels have a very big impact on tungin requirements. For example E10 fuel may need an extra 5% fuel approx. The baseline TPS setting is also very important... needs to be 0.40v. Sounds like youre on the right path by using the richer setting if the engine sounds happier.
