Thank you JJ. I suffer from extreme anxiety and it is at its worst from early morning with a palpitating heart and churning stomach. Ugh! I have been trying everything to calm things down. Listening to this was like a lullaby. So calming, so beautiful. Even though this was early morning I found myself drifting off and I didn't want it to end. But when it stopped, the Cortisol came back on line and I had to get up and deal with it. I have no trouble getting to sleep at night because Cortisol levels are low; they start to rise in the early hours and wake me up so that's when I need the calming effects for a bit more sleep. Please thank the Lemurian mothers for me. I wish there was a permanent natural cure for Anxiety as I'm sure it must affect a lot of people nowadays.

This was just what I needed! Crazy evening!! Full of revelations and a head on collision with ultimate betrayal by those so dear to me. I never ever fathomed I’d be capable of experiencing the heartache that I have today. I am SO blessed to have this right here, right now. I feel whole listening to this.
