@alejandromonsalve18603 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! It sounds amazing in the cabin. There is a little bit of droning with the valves open. But nothing crazy. Only between 1000rpm - 2000rpm. Very minimal.

I can’t seem to find this axle back for the F8X’s for some reason and only for M2’s but I’m not sure if it’s compatible for both and mount at the same location. This sounds PERFECT I need it now LOL

For the M3/M4 this is what they have. This also sounds amazing store.activeautowerke.com/collections/exhausts/products/mad-max-f8x-bmw-m3-m4-rear-exhaust-section-3-can-valved-1

@@alejandromonsalve1860 I did see these! It just seems like it would be a bit more muffled compared to your set up (which is the perfect tone and volume). Literally sounds like an RB26 in the higher rpm’s. I’m going to need to see someone with the maad maxx + AA EL non resonated for the S55. Thanks for your help!
@alejandromonsalve18603 жыл бұрын
@@VinceFung lol yes. It sounds nice. A lot of people ask me what do I have that it sounds so good and different. Check out reviews for the madmax. There are a lot of them here on KZbin with the equal length.

@@alejandromonsalve1860 Will do! I just checked out a few videos from the daily driven. I’m still not convinced enough with the Maad Maxx. Hopefully AA will create this axle back you have for the F8X soon lol.

Sounds awesome man! I’ve got catless DP’s and the resonated EL midpipe on my M2c. Thinking of adding the back box to smooth things out a bit, would you say it changes the exhaust tone much? Ie deeper note

Sounds awesome! Any reason u chose this muffler over remus race with aa equal length mid?
@alejandromonsalve18603 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I chose the AA axle back because it sounds amazing and I like to support AA for building it here. I’ve heard the Remus race in person and I didn’t like it. Also the quality is amazing. And the price. Can’t beat that.

Not really. Maybe some between 1000-2000rpms nothing to be worried about. It sounds amazing.
@MB369183 жыл бұрын
How much louder would you say this setup is over stock? I can't decide if I want to do the full cat back or just the aa mid pipes and retain the OEM axle back. Sounds pretty loud in these clips, even in efficient mode. I'm leaning towards the full cat back but also don't want to only drive with the valves closed if its too loud with them open. Do you find yourself driving mostly with the valves open or closed?
@alejandromonsalve18603 жыл бұрын
Def louder but it is a good loud. On efficient, it gets loud when you push it to 6-7k rpms. You will not regret going with this set up. Every one that hears the car asks me what do I have that it sounds so good. So I will advise you to get it. You can always get resonated link pipes with this set up later on if you don’t like it. I got both pipes. Resonated and non resonated. I keep saying I will post another video with the resonated pipes, but I haven’t had the chance to put them on. But I will soon.
