How to Attach Files in ActiveCampaign 1:1 Emails

Hello thank you... so you can't add a video with a file in automation emails? I'm a bit confused

Hi there! It definitely can be a little confusing. You can send a video in automation emails but you can only send files in 1:1 emails sent from a Contact, Deal, and Account records. These are stand alone emails not set in a automation sequence. Hope that helps!
