Man i can relate to Nick so much. I think the video about his struggles and talking about him helped me to open up and ask for help. It is so difficult to describe or explain what depression feels like to people who dont experience it. I feel like i wasted years of my life to with doing absolutely nothing. October 4th 2021. I started intermittent fasting/keto and I also stopped drinking alcohol and I haven’t felt depressed ever since. It’s hard getting out of that slump but it’s very possible. God bless

Yeah Hecz I think that was an Anxiety Attack. I smoked daily for a bit over a year and got one few months ago while high and literally forgot how to breathe. Havent really recovered since I still have trouble breathing almost every day & I cant smoke or my chest gets super tight and I have even more trouble breathing. Anxiety is no joke
