why there's different in cost per piece at the end, by two different methods if the cost was fixed 27,000,00 ?

both methods will give different coz they are allocated on different basis. 1st is on divided/allocated on basis of labour hrs and machine hrs (notice all 3 departments used different hrs for such), 2nd is based on ABC where its allocated by different basis ie number of machine setups/or number of orders(both are different in proportion with a,b and z dept as with machine/labour hrs used) Due to such different proportions they are different.
