You have SAVED me!! I made the mistake of taking managerial accounting online and am trying to self teach. These past chapters: job costing, process costing, & activity-based costing have kicked my butt. I did not understand how I was getting through the homework. ***** Hey I figured it out. So basically all ABC recovery rate for a cost pool is just calculating the cost per activity (eg 1 setup = £10). This can be done by taking the number of drivers divide by cost pool for a particular activity

nathanahtan96 Generally we'd still multiply it by whatever the base was. If MOH was 75% of DL cost. and DL cost was $100. MOH would be 75% * 100 = $75.
