Thank you so much for sharing the knowledge. I have learned a lot. I had a requirement. How to show Personalize option on service portal list view, which is one of the common ask from various customers. Feature to allow end users to add or remove columns from list view on service portal. Could you please make a vedio on this.

Was creating a new formatter record necessary ? Because activity formatter is ok global table which means it's available for all the tables, so you can bring it from available bucket to selected in configure form layout

I have a below question: I want to change the display order of field changes in Activity like below Example : Now display is : (sorted by alphabet) Description : test Name : James ...other changed field I want to display : Name : James Description : test ...other changed field Do you have any way to setting the display order ?
