We plan on getting them dyed up this summer. Hopefully, I can add a few more in the Fall. I've left a little window for a few more.

It is SO TAMMY! You are so good at organizing (do I dare say "like your Mother"). I laughed when you said you are setting up the dye studio in your garage again. Makes perfect sense to me. Your studio is lovely. I hope I can come sit and watch someday soon as you two work. I'm so proud of you!

What a fantastic transformation! Thanks for showing us your progress so far. I'm heading to the website to check out the cotton/merino wool and the mini skeins. Tammy, that must be so nice to have your hobby also be your business. I kind of cracked up when you mentioned that the dye studio was coming back to your garage. 😂

I know! My family is making fun of me. They knew I couldn't let it go. My husband said that there is no where for everyone to play with me out of the garage. It's where we all end up hanging out. At least the house is available now for get togethers and holidays. I will be hosting the holidays this year. First time in 5 years!

Congratulations on your new studio! It looks wonderful. I'm new to your Channel. I have never ordered Advent Yarns but I have seen other KZbinrs show their Advent Yarns. I am very curious and I want to save money for it so I can try. Would you be able to tell me the price range? How does it work and all the things? Thank you.

Hi Liz, I had a customer ask me to make an Advent one year and I didn't know what one was myself! I had to ask. The Advents are a special box for the Christmas holiday. You receive the Advent by the end of November so you can open it December 1st. There are 24 mini skeins in each box. They are usually numbered 1-24. You open 1 on December 1st and you open 2 on December 2nd and so forth until you get to Christmas day and you open the full size skein for Christmas day. I always add a surprise gift from me to you to make it special. Of course, you can open the entire box the day you get the Advent. You can open it however you like. Some people like to open it all at once and plan their project they want to make with it. Advent's are around $220 - $250 depending on the company and the base of yarn you get. Mine include 24 mini's, 1 full size skein, and a little gift. This year, I have opened up options of Deluxe Sock yarn, Deluxe Sparkle yarn, or Silky Sock yarn. I limit the amounts of Advents I sell because they take a lot of work. I only have a few left available and then we are sold out for the year. Hi Rosemary. We don't have everything listed yet. We've been so busy, we have lots of new colors to list online. We will get caught up after the Yarn Crawl in Texas.
