Good afternoon WP. A good start to the video showing the landscape of the Jamsu bridge. It must be beautiful to see the bridge at night with its fountain all lit up in different colors. Gong Yoo is another actor that I admire and enjoy watching act. And Kim Go-eun with her beautiful smile and friendliness. I hope that J Hope, Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun and all the other new owners of Afer Hangang are healthy and happy to be able to enjoy their terraces with the beautiful landscape of the Han River and Yongsan Park.😊

There is so much redevelopment happening in Yongsan, Hannam dong, Huam dong, Itaewon over the next 10 years. Seoul city government will be spending 40 billion USD to develop Yongsan International business district, 2 billion dollars to create and convert US Military garrison into Yongsan National Central Park, 15 billion dollars to turn Hannam dong into ultra luxury apartment . No wonder so many wealthy and famous Korean businessmen and actors are moving into Yongsan district right now. I would love to buy apartments near or surrounding Yongsan National park before it opens to the public in 2030. In 15 years center of Seoul will shift from Gangnam to Yongsan

Я очень рада, что Гон Ю-щи и Ким Го Ын- щи и другие знаменитости купили себе уютные квартиры в таком красивом месте. Они много и хорошо работают и заслужили жить в комфорте так, как им хочется и в таком месте, чтобы можно было выйти из квартиры, не бояться быть разорванным на сувениры! Midnight when I watch religious videos, you tube suggested this... Now few seconds and i realise what they have earned. It takes lot of good karma to have comfortable life but it even take more good karma to own that comfort by being just there partner 😂😂 i wonder if i had double good karma then him 😅😅....
