He gets the tone and intonation, which makes it sound pretty good, but what makes an accent is vowel sounds and he can't do it. To a British listener, he displays all the classic mistakes of an American poorly attempting a British accent. I'm a huge fan of Jay Pharoah, but that doesn't mean I'll just ignore it when he gets it wrong. Believe me.
