Yes you are right that "wearing a life jacket" is important. But how does that translate to "end the discussion?" Even from the very little narration we just gathered from the surviving actor in the boat accident, everything practically-speaking, from A to Z concerning the boat ride went wrong, from the time of boarding the boat to the time of the accident, and after the accident, til date as we comment on it. That is how hopelessly awful the Nigerian system is. At any rate, may the soul of the guy that died rest in peace. We pray for those that survived for their trauma to heal.

This guy eh, how would you say standing in the mouth of the boat will not cause obstruction to the driver. Are you supposed to be standing up on a moving boat ringing bell and making noise when there needs to be a type of serenity so that the driver can focus.
