I, myself yesterday faced accident during paragliding,instructor was Laxman (Lucky)..it's a near death experience..I was struck badly on a 50ft tree just after the flight started for more than 1.5 hr,they just told technical glitch and somehow thanks to the rescue team,I was rescued by them..just want everyone to let everyone know it's pretty risky and your experience is completely dependent on the efficiency of the pilot(which you don't have any control)..so choose wisely.

This does happens ones in hundred times but far more safer then driving car. Be patient and do it again.
