I'm still watching the video right now but you can't say that Christians and even gentiles did not go to the synagogue after reading acts 13, and all of the times that Paul went to preach in the synagogue. Acts 13:44 "On the next Sabbath almost the whole city came together to hear the word of God." Not only did the gentiles beg to hear more after that but they waited a week to hear it in the synagogue.

Hi, Jeremie! The problem wasn't with "God fearing" Gentiles and converts to Judaism attending synagogue services. They were welcomed in, as Acts reveals many times. The problem was Gentile *_believers in Jesus._* Remember it was Paul's custom when arriving in a new town to first first visit the synagogue (Acts 17:2-3) and proclaim the Gospel there. And we read time and again how he ended up getting persecuted and chased out of town and even stoned and left for dead once he brought up Jesus. The Gospel was not welcome in synagogues. In fact, look at the next verse after the one you cited. It goes on to say, "But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began to contradict what was spoken by Paul, reviling him. And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles." Acts 13:45-46. Shalom, RLS

Jews were killing Christians at the time, they killed Jesus, Stephen and James. Paul/Saul was killing Christians Just one chapter before Acts 15 --Acts 14:19 But Jews came from Antioch and Iconium, and having persuaded the crowds, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing that he was dead. -- Jews stoned Paul to death on his way to Jerusalem And you and the Satanic Cult the Hebrew/Jewish roots think the Apostles are sending unclean Gentiles to a Jewish synagogue? Acts 8:1 And Saul was there, giving approval to Stephen's death. On that day a great persecution broke out against the church in Jerusalem, and all except the apostles were scattered throughout Judea and Samaria.... 4 Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. Acts 11:19 Meanwhile those scattered by the persecution that began with Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, speaking the message only to Jews. 1 Thessalonians 2: 14For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Judea that are in Christ Jesus. You suffered from your own countrymen the very things they suffered from the Jews, 15who killed both the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and drove us out as well. They are displeasing to God and hostile to all men Acts 13:50 The Jews, however, incited the religious women of prominence and the leading men of the city. They stirred up persecution against Paul and Barnabas and drove them out of their district. Acts 14:2But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.

The study is in Acts 15, the Jerusalem council. The council wrestled with the issue of keeping Mosaic law and rituals. Peter stood up and wanted to know why the Pharisees were placing a yoke upon the necks of the disciples that they nor their fathers could bear. The same question is relevant 2,000 years later. Why do Hebrew roots heretics burden disciples of Christ with the yoke of bondage Christ came to unburden sinners from?

The times they do look up something in the NT, it's for Torah apologetics and they definitely have an OT lens on. I know this because I did it myself and I know people personally who do this as well. Week after week as well in their churches they do Torah portions, so they read Gen-Deu over and over and over and over. The beginning of the book is good, but the ending is great. We are in the new covenant and so studying the words of the new covenant is far better then studying the words of an old obsolete covenant. It is like having a windows 10 operating system , but reading the manual for Windows 95 and expecting to learn how to use windoes 10 from it. I love the whole bible, but we live in a new operating system and so studying how the old one works and trying to apply that to the new one ends up in confusion and a blue screen of death... I like to put it thus way. If you only had the OT would you find salvation? And if you only had the NT would you find salvation? Answer is only the NT would show you the truth of salvation, the name of our LORD and SAVIOR and how one can be saved. Our manual for today's new covenant operating system is the NT, its good to read the OT to understand how we got to the new covenant, but the OT manual is obsolete for learning how to operate in the new covenant operating system.

Why don't we ask the Messiah directly how to have eternal life ? “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” 26 He said to him, “WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE LAW? What is your reading of it?” 27 So he answered and said, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and your neighbor as yourself.’ ” 28 And He said to him, “You have answered rightly; do this and you will live.” Luke 10:25-28 Messiah said keep the Torah. would Messiah have said anything different to the gentile fold ? And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd. John 10:16 would that one fold become Torah - HaShem Instruction following fold or non-Torah observing fold ? Paul and Barnabas go to Jerusalem to ask about "this" (same word) question. Get there. Talk about issue. Verse 5 people stand up and make demands. Verse six happens, which makes the matter "this" is discussing now verse 5, grammatically. They have discussion. Peter says his bit, James makes choice. Letters sent. The matter, grammatically that they make a determination on is verse 5 and the law of Moses+Circumcision, not the verse 1 salvation issue. It could possibly be both, but it GRAMMATICALLY, per the way grammer in a sentence actually works, and how the author intended the sentence to work, CANNOT be verse 1 alone. Meaning again, it's about both the law and circumcision for gentiles, and not circumcision for salvation.

Yeah, it seems like there are some people so attached to a belief that they have to "read between the lines," and make esoteric "inferences" to keep their belief intact. It becomes circular reasoning when the "inferences" rely on holding the belief necessary for making the inference. If it is in the text, it is not an inference. But, when you hold a specific belief, and you have to add things to the text to make it compatible with your belief, it is circular reasoning. One of the things I enjoy about this channel is that you use logic and the text to reason through the gaslighting. What saddens me though is the harm this kind of gaslighting does to others who don't have the intellectual discipline of logic and critical thinking to untangle the knot of reasoning being used. Acts 15:21, was a warning that since Moses was taught in the synagogues for generations, the gentile Christians needed to be careful about becoming targets of persecution. The rules they were given were the minimum required of gentiles sojourning in Israel. While gentiles could be required to follow other observances while sojourning in Israel, such requirements were not a way of converting gentiles to Judaism. It was to keep gentiles from committing an offense against those customs. Most countries have laws and customs that even strangers are required to follow in order to be in the country.

That’s what I used to do when I debated Jews, Moslems and Atheists many years ago until I realised that each one of us was convinced of our beliefs and wouldn’t consider ourselves to be wrong. It was only when I was able to question my own beliefs that I could understand where the other was coming from and it opened my eyes to see things I never noticed before. Something that I have realized gets left out in this discussion is where do these prohibitions come from. Whether Hebrew Roots or mainstream Christianity, it is assumed that these things are chosen somewhat arbitrarily. However these things come from the Holyness code in Leviticus and are the only commands that the Jews are told must be kept by the Jews themselves and the foreigners who live among them. The reason why this remains an issue for the early church was if the celebration of the Eucharist was the fulfillment of the Passover then how could gentiles celebrate Passover without being circumcised? It was fine for gentiles to come to sabbath meetings but they couldn’t participate in Passover or the other Jewish feast and sacrifices if they were not also circumcised and become ritually Jewish.

Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc. So Messiah(Christ)HaMashiak is a Prophet(Messenger) in the likeness of Moses as Matthew proved it. Like Moses He stayed in Egypt. Like Moses He was Mediator of a New Covenant. That said, the only way to pull the rug from under the obscurantists' feet even defeat Jihadism is to reject the categorization Christianity versus Islam and instead affirm Nazareans versus Islam. Nazarean being anybody following the teachings of Paul which of course permeate the Council of Nicaea and Constantinople. Islam was a reaction to the White men's attempt to hijack Christianity or the Gospel and use it to overrun the globe. Talk about cultural supremacists ! But the Prince rejected by the Arabian builders became the cornerstone and this is the Lord doing ! Thank You Jesus for Islam ! @@harryabrahams2770 Oh! Gotcha. You're referring to the quote from Amos. My mistake. So how do you suppose that prophecy is best understood, given the context in which James cites it? At the council, Peter gets up and reminds everyone that God had given His Spirit to the Gentiles and they have come to believe in Jesus (Acts 15:7-11). And then James says that Peter "has related how God first visited the Gentiles, to take from them a people for his name. And with this the words of the prophets agree" (Acts 15:14-15). Then he cites Amos 9:10-11. James' point, which goes to the entire point of the Jerusalem Council debate, is that God is now allowing Gentiles in. And he cites Amos to show how this had been prophesied. So what do we do with the bit about "rebuild(ing) the fallen tabernacle of David"? Why does the prophecy speak of the tabernacle *of David,* not Moses? And why does it say סֻכַּ֥ת / σκηνὴν (tabernacle, booth, tent) not "temple"? The first temple was still standing when Amos gave this prophecy, yet he used the word "tent" instead. Further, as far as your suggested interpretation, the "altar of burnt offering" was not located in the tent of David. I see nothing in the text or context that suggests Amos should be understood as speaking of the literal rebuilding of a tent. And further, his prophecy says nothing of the reinstitution of the old covenant sacrificial system or the Mosaic law. Rather, based on the context in which James quoted Amos, I believe this prophecy refers to the humbled Davidic dynasty (with "tent" referring to the "house" or family line of David) and God's promise to restore the dynasty to fulfill his promises about that royal line (2 Sam 7). It might even be seen as a reference to the raising up of the church as the new place of divine worship which replaced the temple (Acts 5:14-15), which is the means by which the Gentiles come to know the Lord. @@dre5773 I checked the Greek word. It is "telos" which means end, termination, final. Not sure what you're looking at, but Jesus ended the need for the law by completing it. (Matt 5) He did not do away with it, but fulfilled it for us who never could. Romans 7, all of Galatians point this out.

The word "telos" means end I'm not sure which Strongs you are looking at but Strongs G5056 indicates the word "telos" means end. Understanding the restoration of Isreal prophecies is what confirms on how the people on the land today all of them cannot be the Original Hebrew they just don’t line up with the prophecy at all how could this prophecy possibly be talking about the inhabitants in the land today? ““For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land. They have cast lots for My people, Have given a boy as payment for a harlot, And sold a girl for wine, that they may drink. “Indeed, what have you to do with Me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the coasts of Philistia? Will you retaliate against Me? But if you retaliate against Me, Swiftly and speedily I will return your retaliation upon your own head; Because you have taken My silver and My gold, And have carried into your temples My prized possessions. Also the people of Judah and the people of Jerusalem You have sold to the Greeks, That you may remove them far from their borders. “Behold, I will raise them Out of the place to which you have sold them, And will return your retaliation upon your own head. I will sell your sons and your daughters Into the hand of the people of Judah, And they will sell them to the Sabeans, To a people far off; For the Lord has spoken.” Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war! Wake up the mighty men, Let all the men of war draw near, Let them come up. Beat your plowshares into swords And your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’ ” Assemble and come, all you nations, And gather together all around. Cause Your mighty ones to go down there, O Lord. “Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations. Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, go down; For the winepress is full, The vats overflow- For their wickedness is great.” Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. The sun and moon will grow dark, And the stars will diminish their brightness. The Lord also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But the Lord will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel. “So you shall know that I am the Lord your God, Dwelling in Zion My holy mountain. Then Jerusalem shall be holy, And no aliens shall ever pass through her again.” And it will come to pass in that day That the mountains shall drip with new wine, The hills shall flow with milk, And all the brooks of Judah shall be flooded with water; A fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord And water the Valley of Acacias. “Egypt shall be a desolation, And Edom a desolate wilderness, Because of violence against the people of Judah, For they have shed innocent blood in their land. But Judah shall abide forever, And Jerusalem from generation to generation. For I will acquit them of the guilt of bloodshed, whom I had not acquitted; For the Lord dwells in Zion.”” Joel 3:1-21 NKJV

The 4th commandment is in the 10 so the church (Christians) is still supposed to align themselves with the 10 commandments with the help of the Holy Spirit. Jesus nor the Apostles never said to remove the 4th from the 10. “But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. FOR MOSES OF OLD TIME HATH IN EVERY CITY THEM THAT PREACH HIM, BEING READ (the first 5 books of the old testament) IN THE SYNAGOGUES EVERY SABBATH DAY (7th day).” Acts 15 : 20-21 KJV This meeting was specifically for the Gentile believers in the Jewish Messiah Jesus. But they never said that they should stop being preached the first 5 books of Moses. I agree salvation is found only through/in Jesus. But that doesn't mean we as believers in the Jewish Messiah are to completely forget His laws that help us know what please God and what doesn't. And let's us know how to live a physical life here on earth that honors and please God. The law is also to reveal to His followers what He would like of us as His followers (and I am not talking about circumcision for "true" salvation, no. Circumcision itself is not bad. It has good benefits for males. So, not consider a sin if desire to do it but NOT for salvation purposes). Does it (the law done alone of our own strength) save us no, but when we allow the law to be written in our hearts and in our inward parts the Holy Spirit helps us align ourselves with God's law (which also includes the 10 commandments). Because according to Jeremiah and what God revealed to him what the new covenant will consist of (Jeremiah 31:31-34 KJV). Its actually what God always desires for humanity to have with in them and in the their hearts, His law. Which is holy, just and good (Romans 7:12 KJV). What Christians DON'T understand is this, which God has taught me personally... 👉🏼 The law is a lock. Faith is the key which sets/makes us truly free. In other words opens the door to have a personal, intimate relationship with God. To have faith (biblically) is Jesus (the Messiah). Jesus is the key 🗝️ that opens the door to have a personal, intimate relationship with God the Father. But the lock (the law) still remains on the open door with the key in it after opening. God DOES NOT remove the lock (the law) from the door because if He does then He will have to remove the key, Jesus, our atonement with it. For God to have completely remove forever His law would mean ONLY Jesus can fulfill it and would NOT be able to raise from the grave. Because if the law is done away with so is Jesus who IS God. That means if you take away the law of God you take away Him out of existence because He is the law, HOLY, JUST AND GOOD! Romans 8:3-4 KJV ³ For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh (mankind's own strength), God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: ⁴ THAT THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE LAW MIGHT BE FULFILLED IN US, WHO WALK NOT AFTER THE FLESH (mankind's own strength), BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT (the help of God in us, so His strength). Also I am not 7th day Adventist, nor Hebrew Roots, nor Massianic, nor Torah keeper, nor Hebrew Israelite, nor in Judaism. I am just a Bible believing Christian.

Hi mate. Glenn from Australia here Being Pharisees, they probably had this prophecy in mind with regards to this issue, from Ezekiel 44:9, Thus saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel. If a Pharisee became a believer, I could see this verse being the basis of this argument they were putting forward. But the circumcision of the flesh being talked about may have been interpreted or applied by Paul in a different way in Romans 8:13, For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Could this be his interpretation of the verse in Ezekiel? A circumcision of the heart and the mortifying of the deeds of the flesh by the Spirit of God? A kind of spiritualised bodily circumcision? That's my thought anyway. Bless you

Hi Kaitlin. The new covenant law is the Law of Christ. Yes, we do have moral commands to obey, but Jesus said that the greatest commandments are to love God and love people (Matt. 22:36-40). If we're trying our best to do these two, and leaning on Jesus for direction and strength by reading His word (the Bible) and praying daily, we are doing well. The Bible says, "the one who loves another has fulfilled the law" (Rom 13:8). And, "The whole law is fulfilled in one word: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'" (Gal. 5:14). And "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" (Gal. 6:2). Our behavior matters, of course, but I don't believe that should be our focus. Our focus should be on getting to know God by reading His Word and praying to Him daily. Even if we only read for 5 minutes and say short (but honest) prayers. Our behavior will work itself out over time as we lean on Him, His spirit will strengthen us. This doesn't mean we will no longer have tough times or struggles. We will, because we live in a fallen world! But we will not go through it alone. Jesus said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matt. 11:28-30). Blessings, Rob

True believers don’t follow the law for righteousness. They follow it because they truly love. I’m not putting anyone down just pointing out the same claims of false narratives being told by 119 while doing the same thing on the other side. Since Niger means “dark-complexioned” (or black), some have speculated that he may have come from African descent. And when GOD said in Exodus and Deuteronomy: If you love me keep my commandments, was he talking about the Ten Commandments or some other commandments? By answering these questions we can establish who the commandments belongs to.

Hi KP! As I read the Torah, the 10 Commandments (or "Ten Words" as they are called) were the first commandments given under the Law of Moses (Exod. 20). So those 10, plus the other 600 or so that are given throughout the rest of the Torah, served as the terms of the Sinai covenant. Best, RLS

I am a german believer in Christ, living in Germany. I tried to follow your teachings, but my English is not perfect. And I did not understand everything you said. Here in Germany every church I know are teaching that we have to keep the ten commandments. But the 10 commandments are the law written in stoone. And in Romans and other letters he taught that we not are under the law. But I had a very hard time to understand to get James and Paul under one hat.i got litterally headache , physical headache everytime I tried to understand, even the contradiction between Paul's teachings and Paul's deeds in acts 21. And I did not even understand how what's the heck James could recommend Paul to pretemd to keep the law by doing what he did in acts 21. This is so confusing for christians at all. He did in my opinion the same that he rebuked Peter for when these false brothers from Jerusalem came to search out their freedom . So my headache is gone away when I decided to only believe in the grace by believing in Jesus's blood. But when I read Acts 15 and acts 21 it seems to me that James was a Jew who believed that jewish believers in Christ are supposed to keep the law, but heathen christians only these 4 things. And that James in his letter are rebuking Paul about the fact that he put a curse on tora keeping jewish believers in Christ. So, is James just pretinding to keep the law knowing like Paul to be not under the law for salvation ? Or only kept the law in order to keep the law of Israel like Paul taught in Romans 13? So, in my German bible it seems that James believe that jewish believers in Christ have to keep the law. So, why Paul never taught about not esting blood and these 4 things? He wrote about another thing that James told them to do, that's to feed the poor. And what about when Christians fail in exact these four things? Is it not easier to keep the 10 commandments than to keep these four things? IS it not easier to not commit adultery than to do never do sexual sins like masturbation par example? Or eating blood in meat and saussages? I never ask the way meet is produced. So, have I understood you right that you see these four things only as a guide to to not be a stumbling block, not about salvation? But what, if you are a stumbling block? You can never be no stumbling block for everyone. You either are a stumbling block for these sort of christian domination or for another sort of denomination, for these kind of believers or that kind of believers. And without hypergrace for everyone probably everyone would perish.. And whe Paul wrote in his letters: Sin not! How can you follow, when you not know exactly what sin is? To know what sin is, you have to know the Thora who tells you. When you do it, you will come under condemnation and all out of grace. So I can really understand that hundreds of different congregations are out there trying to figure out what the true truth is and having strong faith in what or how they interprete what the true gospel is and trying to "save" the others who have not figured out what the true gospel is.

Those 4 restriction given to the Gentiles so that they don't cause their Jewish brothers to stumble. No one can keep the 10 Commandments, Jesus made this point clear in Matthew 5 Those filled with the Holy Spirit will know what sin is. One of the law's purposes in the Holy Scriptures are to point to our sin. Gentiles were allowed to come to the temple complex, but they were restricted to remain in the outer court, the court of the Gentiles. The question is whether some similar restriction forbade Gentiles from entering synagogues. We know that Gentiles did believe in God. One even financed the building of a synagogue in Capernaum. "Now when He concluded all His sayings in the hearing of the people, He entered Capernaum. And a certain centurion's servant, who was dear to him, was sick and ready to die. So when he heard about Jesus, he sent elders of the Jews to Him, pleading with Him to come and heal his servant. And when they came to Jesus, they begged Him earnestly, saying that the one for whom He should do this was deserving, "for he loves our nation, and has built us a synagogue"" (Luke 7:1-5). The latter part of Acts 13:42 is sometimes declared spurious because it clearly shows that Gentiles were in the synagogue and stayed after the Jews had left. But the reasoning is that Gentiles could not be there. In other words, because some scholars did not believe Gentiles would be in the synagogue; therefore, the phrase must be spurious. The line of reasoning is poor, especially in light of other passages. "And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath" (Acts 13:42). By teaching in the synagogue both Jews and Greeks were converted. The implication is that there were Greeks in the synagogue. "And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed" (Acts 14:1). "Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the Jews. Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures, explaining and demonstrating that the Christ had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and saying, "This Jesus whom I preach to you is the Christ." And some of them were persuaded; and a great multitude of the devout Greeks, and not a few of the leading women, joined Paul and Silas" (Acts 17:1-4). "And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few" (Acts 17:10-12). "And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks" (Acts 18:4).

FALSE REPELLENT: The Biblical Root Of Islam: THE QUR'AN IS A CHRISTIAN TEXT AND JESUS IS MUHAMMAD AS MUHAMMAD IN THE QUR'AN BEING A EUPHEMISM FOR MESSIAH(CHRIST)HaMASHIAK. DUST OFF YOUR FIGURE OF SPEECH LESSONS BEFORE READING THAT BOOK... The Qur'an properly read appears to be a Christian text calling for the return to the authority of the first apostolic Council of Jerusalem in Acts 15:1-32 in rejection of the Councils of Nicaea and Constantinople as it is written: "I will raise among them [the Messiah=Christos=HaMashiak=Muhammad=Al-Massih], a Prophet(Messenger) like you Moses, Him they must listen..." Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:17-24; Acts 7:1-30; Luke 24:25-27 and 44-47; Acts 17:1-3; John 4:24-25, Surah 3:81, etc. Dr. Solberg I think 119 teaches salvation is not related to the Law. The Law is something you follow because you love God. What we can follow of the law is a shadow of what it should be. Chrisianity has become( over the centuries) very massive and generic. The Law is a very uniform guide. Chrisianity is very messy and easy to lead people astray. Judaism is also messy. Gods law is perfect. Good happened whenever a people followed it. God seems to be a God of order.

Hi Indo. As I explained in this video, this was a very confusing time in history, especially for Jewish followers of Jesus. This is why the NT so often addresses this issue. Jewish believers in Jesus intended to go on keeping the Mosaic rituals because that was their culture and, for them, ancient traditions. They served as a boundary marker of their Jewish identity. But Paul, Peter and the others clearly knew they were not requirements of following Jesus. These things were permitted but not required (1 Co. 9:19-23; Col 2:16-17). It was the Judaizers who brought up all this confusion. They thought that both they and the Gentiles should be required to "live as Jews" as Paul put it in Galatians 2. RLS

Paul wants the man who has his father’s wife put out of the church because of his sexual immoral lifestyle. In 1 Corinthians 5:8, Paul is associating our lives in Christ’s righteousness through the forgiveness of our sins to a daily festival without any malice and wickedness but with the bread of sincerity and and truth. Hi rob, the isreal only movement claim that the promise was given to Abraham's biological seed, so the gentiles in pauls writings must be long lost Israelites among the nations, what is your refute of that?
@TheBiblicalRoots3 ай бұрын
Hi Elliot. My refutation would be to read their Bible more carefully. ;) (a.) The promise given to Abraham was that "in you *_all the families of the earth_* shall be blessed" (Gen. 12:3). Not just Abraham's family. The OT is full of language that reveals that the Gentiles were always part of God's plan of redemption. (b.) They are not using the Bible's definition of a "Gentile" (גּוֹי, _goy,_ ἔθνος, _ethnos_ ). The Bible uses this term to refer to people who are _not_ from the 12 tribes of Israel; people from the other nations. (c.) If the Gentiles in Paul's writings are "long-lost Israelites," it would make Paul non-sensical. "Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of [long-lost Israelites] too? Yes, of [long-lost Israelites] too, since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith." (Rom. 3:29-13). Were the long-lost Israelites uncircumcised? RLS

And do not carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath or do any work, but keep the Sabbath day holy, as I commanded your fathers." - Jer 17:21-22 Thus, on the Sabbath, you may not leave your house nor carry a burden. In Old Testament Judaism the Law given through Moses (Hebrews 7:11) has NOT been done away w/, even the curses still remain (Galatians 3:10 = Deuteronomy 27:26) for Hebrews and proselytes in Old Covenant Judaism (NOT for Christians [Hebrews & Gentiles] in New Testament/Covenant Christianity). Oy! Exodus 31:14 “Therefore you are to keep the Sabbath, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it must be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people. 15 For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there is a Sabbath of complete rest [Exodus 20:8-11; Leviticus 23:1-3], holy to the Lord; whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death.“ (NASB) Exodus 35:1 Then Moses assembled all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and said to them, “These are the things that the Lord has commanded you to do: 2 “For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy day, a Sabbath of complete rest to the Lord [Exodus 20:8-11; Leviticus 23:1-3]; whoever does any work on it shall be put to death.“ (NASB) Numbers 15:32 Now while the sons of Israel were in the wilderness [Heb. midbar], they found a man gathering wood on the Sabbath day [Exodus 20:8-11; Leviticus 23:1-3]. 33 And those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation; 34 and they placed him in custody, because it had not been decided what should be done to him. 35 Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must be put to death [Exodus 31:14-15; Exodus 35:1-2; Deuteronomy 27:26; Matthew 5:18]; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” 36 So all the congregation [Heb. edah] brought him outside the camp and stoned him to death with stones, just as the Lord had commanded Moses. (NASB) 2 Corinthians 3:7 But if the ministry of death, engraved in letters on stones, came with glory so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face [Exodus 34], fading as it was [Hebrews 8], 8 how will the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory? (NASB) Deuteronomy 4:1 “Now, Israel, listen to the statutes and the judgments which I am teaching you to perform, so that you will live and go in and take possession of the land which the Lord, the God of your fathers, is giving you. 2 You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, >>>> nor take away from it, > not the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law,

It's through the Christ grace of mercy that we have been saved, pulled out of the darkness that made us blind and deaf through our faith in his Word that we became empowered by the Holy Spirit.

@TimRiddle-l1z3 ай бұрын
One major problem and several other mistakes. First, I agree with you regarding 119 ministries explanation, somewhere between 50-80% of what they said is wrong. I'm 66 years old and about 24 years ago I realized that I had the whole law concept wrong. The greatest white paper I have ever written is regarding Act 15. Actually the greatest thing I have done in my life. Here is your major problem. The Jerusalem council was about 18-20 years after the ascension of Christ. Assuming Paul became a believer sometime around 3-5 years later, therefore Paul's been a Christian for 13 to 15 years, possibly 17 years. It's illogical to think James, Peter, and all the other believers, including Believing Pharisees, for 20 years didn't understand the Torah, and the Prophets in light of Jesus' teaching. So here is clear and obvious understanding on Acts 15: It clear the Church was obeying Torah 20 years later. Why? Because if they had understood Jesus to be teaching something contrary to Deut 4:2, then,... when someone said that the Gentiles have to be circumcised and follow the laws of Moses (i.e., Lev 11 dietary laws), then there response would have been. "Get out of town Jack." "We stopped following that Law stuff 20 years ago, so why would we require the Gentiles to follow it, if we stopped following it 20 years ago! There's no need to have a council on this, let's play some basketball instead." But that's not what they did. That is, there would not have been a Jerusalem Council if the Law had been done away with. However, there reaction was more like, "Hey that's a great question, let's go to Scripture and check it out (v. 7)!" And the short version is the 4 things James referenced are from Leviticus 17 and 18. That is, God tells Moses to instruct the Israelites not to do the detestable things the Gentiles (Canaanites) are doing. And He lists the 4 things in these chapters exactly as in Acts 15. Secondly, there is no law in the Torah that requires Gentiles in other countries to be circumcised. None! That was a man-made addition to the Torah (violates Deut 4:2). Notice Gentiles can eat rode kill (Deut 14:21), and Jews can't eat rode kill. (I like my rode kill with barbeque sauce.) You also mistakenly said the three dietary laws were never repeated in the first century Scriptures. Actually, near the end of the century, around 95 AD, Christ tells John that He condemns Pergamum and Thyatira (Rev 2:14, 20), because they are eating things sacrificed to idols, among other condemnations. Sounds like a LAW to me, not a guideline! I started my white paper with a chart to explain Acts 15 and Acts 21 where Paul is arrested and says it's a lie that he was telling Jews they didn't have to be circumcised, and that he actually keeps the Torah (Acts 21:24). This around 57 AD (+/- a year). Oh and in Acts 21:25 he repeats the 4 laws from 8 years ago, i.e., from the Jerusalem Council regarding the Gentiles. I don't how much more clearer it could be. Over 12 years ago, I started with a chart, a timeline of the first century to help visually see the two major events in Acts. It really opened peoples eyes to being Bereans. My paper grew to about 50 pages. I can send it if you want to critique it and have a dialog.

I wish false teachers would stop talking about the law. I'm sorry but you guys hang on a few verses in which you do not read the scriptures before and the verses after that clearly show the validity of the law. It's true we can not be saved by our work's alone no more than we can be saved by our faith alone. We who follow the Law do so with the fulness of our heart's. We who do the law with the fullness of our heart's have tested the law and have found it to be a blessing rather than a curse as many would have us believe. No we can no longer go to a physical man made temple to offer up sacrifices to atone for our sins, but Jesus tells us what this will look like after the fall of Jerusalem in 70ad. Our bodies will now be the temple, and our sacrifices are now spiritual instead of literal. Acknowledging your sin and repenting from it, denying the flesh of worldly desires. The law is a guide for further instructions on how to love God and how to love other's as ourselves. I'm sorry but if God says do not eat the swine do not touch even the dead carcass of the swine and you invite your neighbors to feast on the swine with you that is not loving your neighbor. You are poisoning them, not only that but Yahusha did not eat anything unclean nor did any of the prophets or apostles. If we are told to walk as Jesus walked then why are you walking contrary to how our Messiah walked? We're not the pharassies of old trying to beat everyone over the head saying law law law. We don't incorporate man made traditions and we practice in all faith even the commands we do not understand. If you have no desire to want to do the things God says then what's your faith Worth, if you don't trust what God says then what are your works worth. You are fruitless and do not understand faith. This is what Paul was trying to explain to us and ministries like this are the very reasons why Christians are leaving your churches. We're looking for the truth and not the lie we've been led into centuries ago.

The Old Covenant Law is the same in the New Covenant, the only thing different is the covenant itself. Nowhere in Acts 15 do we see that Gentiles aren't required to keep the law at all, that's a horrible interpretation, they only don't have to keep it for salvation, that was the yoke no one could bear, that was the debate. Agreed, Acts 10 is about clean food, what Peter saw on the sheet was food(common) and not food(unclean), God was showing Peter that association was the issue, later confirmed in v.28. The same word for common is used in Romans 14:14, had nothing to do with the akathartos as that's not food, but only with that which they believed was defiled. Cornelius was a godly man, he wouldn't have been lawless, if he was his prayers would've been considered an abomination - Proverbs 28:9, the Gentiles who are grafted into a JEWISH culture wouldn't have been eating whatever they wanted, did the Jews eat unclean? To sum it up, Christ didn't have to give dietary restrictions, he already gave them, if Gentiles don't have to keep the law, then they don't have to worry about incest, idolatry, homosexuality, necromancy, bestiality etc... as long as they don't offend their brother with it, and those who believe you don't have to keep the law, you need to be able to show that in the prophets, because God does nothing except he reveals it to them first - Amos 3:7.

Jesus’ Fulfilment of God’s Law,... Jesus was made under the law. Meaning he was under the curse of the law. If he broke the law, then God's just judgement requires you to die. “When the time was right, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law” (Galatians 4:4). Throughout Jesus’ life on earth, He obeyed God’s law explicitly and perfectly-and He was the only One who ever truly did! The religious sects of that time accused Him of breaking laws concerning the Sabbath on multiple occasions, but Jesus didn't actually break an Old Testament command. He violated the interpretations religious leaders had developed around the biblical commands of keeping the Sabbath day holy. Why is this significant? The law required a sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins: “And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission” (Hebrews 9:22). Thus, by being born under the law and obeying it completely, Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament types as laid out in Leviticus and Numbers: Jesus was the perfect, spotless Passover Lamb, the Scapegoat. The law-as far as the individual is concerned-was never meant to make one righteous. It was given to show us that we could never be righteous in our own ability or works. The law shuts our mouths but opens our eyes. It condemns, but does not convert; It challenges, but does not change; It points the finger, but it does not give mercy; It leaves us without excuse, but it drives us to Jesus. The law is like a moral mirror, allowing you to see yourself as you really are-a guilty sinner before a righteous God (Romans 3:19). Yet, as you see your true condition, the law will drive you into the open arms of Jesus: “Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith” (Galatians 3:24). Christ’s death fulfilled the law’s requirements. When Christ died on the cross, He took the righteous requirements of the law and paid the price we could never pay. “He has made you alive together with Him having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross” (Colossians 2:13-14). Through Christ’s death on the cross, we are no longer under the curse of the law. Jesus’ work on the cross satisfied the righteous requirements of God. We are not forced to obey it out of obligation; we are compelled to obey it because of the depth of His love for us. As we accept Jesus into our lives, He takes that law and writes it in our hearts! “This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel. . .I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts” (Jeremiah 31:33). In effect, God is saying, “The difference between the old and the new covenant will be this: I will no longer write my law on tablets on stone, but on the fleshly tablets of your hearts.” This is the fulfilment of the law, God's judgement had to be served, death was the judgement to anyone who broke the law, this is why Jesus had to remain obedient to the law, so that the curse of the law was abolished and nailed to the cross. The law remained the same, but we didn't have to obey the process of atonement in the old covenant, as Jesus' innocent and holy blood was shed, no need for the Levitical animal sacrificial priestly order, as the Melchizedek order was restored. There is no need for the temple, as the temple is us. So with the temple and sacrifise laws dealt with, it only leaves us with three commandments to abide by,.... first the dietary commandments, who wants to eat something thats bad for us, that science has proven beyond doubt that the unclean animals mentioned in the Bible are really bad for us, its almost like he always knew, and tried to warn us beforehand. second, to keep the sabbath basically a day off and chill back with our family and our Father in heaven, HalleluYah, what a beautiful thing. and finally, to celebrate his appointed times and feasts with your family and friends 😀 😉, oh happy days. Who doesn't like a bbq, bit of music, he even suggests having your favourite tipple to hand. If you think these wise instructions are burdesome and a curse, you have some serious mental health issues, lol. These are liberating and create freedom, happiness, and good health, mentally and physically ❤️ ♥️

@@dre5773 I think they reasoned that salvation is through grace .. [8] And God, who knows the heart, bore witness to them, by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us, [9] and he made no distinction between us and them, having cleansed their hearts by faith. [10] Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples that neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? [11] But we believe that we will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will.” Since it's by faith there's no reason to have the gentiles convert to Judaism ( and keep the Law). The Law was until Christ, the Old Covenant is obsolete and has been taken away ( Hebrews 8-10), even the Christian Jews in Romans 7 have been released from the Law so that they can serve in the Spirit and bear fruit etc. I think those things that seemed good to stay away from and it was James' judgement to do so was because/for Moses was preached in the synagogues and he has people who follow him.

I think it misses one important aspect, which is to clarify what salvation actually means to a Jew as compared to a Christian. Keeping the law didn’t mean being saved as in going to heaven as most Christians believe it means to receive Jesus as one’s saviour. Salvation in scripture usually refers to being freed from bondage when Israel was in captivity or being oppressed by other nations. God often appointed a saviour when Israel remembered Him and cried out for help like Moses, Samson, etc. A king like David was a saviour and it is therefore the messianic expectation that a future king will arise in Israel who liberates Israel from all oppression and inaugurates a kingdom of peace and prosperity that even the nations around will admire and put down their weapons, turning them to ploughshares.

This sin sacrifice law had many names ( law of faith , law of grace , law of righteousness , law of liberty , circumcision of heart/spirit for sin , law of Christ ; because it came under the husband/mediator/protector for the people under the covenant between the Father ) . People forget that there was also a sin sacrifice of atonement through works , for the flesh/body ; which the God of Israel gave through the mediator Moses ; which was called the law of animal sacrifice and oblations ; which had many names ( law of animal sacrifice and oblations , law of works, law of sin and death , circumcision of flesh/body for sin , schoolmaster , whole law , law of Moses ; because it came under the husband/mediator/protector for the people under the covenant between the Father ) . Moses , like Jesus was the mediator/husband/protector/covering , for the one's under the covenant between the Father . The key word the brethren used is SAVED ! To be saved means to be redeemed , or forgiven or justified ( made clear ) of all your past sins ; which requires a sin sacrifice of atonement ; which comes under a priesthood . The sin sacrifice of atonement of works ( animal sacrifice & oblations ) came under the mediator Moses , through the priesthood of Leviticus ; which was not of faith ; which clean your flesh/body , not your heart/spirit . The Father requires a clean heart/spirit to be accept by him . Psalm 51:16-17 , " 16.For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.17.The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise " . The circumcision as of the manner of Moses is not the circumcision of flesh of foreskin , the everlasting covenant through Abraham ; because Moses did not circumcise his own child of foreskin ; also no males were circumcised of the foreskin after leaving Egypt , until the LORD told Joshua to have them circumcised of foreskin before they entered the land of Israel ( Joshua 5 ) . The circumcision as of the manner of Moses was the circumcision of flesh/body for sin ; to clean the flesh/body , not the heart/spirit . ) UNDERSTAND THAT THE CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH OF FORESKIN IS ONE OF GOD'S COMMANDMENTS LIKE NOT KILLING . CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH/BODY FOR SIN , AND CIRCUMCISION OF HEART/SPIRIT FOR SIN ARE SIN SACRIFICE LAWS THROUGH THE MEDIATORS ; UNDER PRIESTHOODS FOR SINS COMMITTED AGAINST THE FATHER LAWS . 2.When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question. ( Paul and Barnabas did not agree with the men from Judaea . The mother church was located in Jerusalem . The church is the covenant between the Father and the children of Israel , or the Woman ; with believing Gentiles grafted into this covenant through faith . The seven Churches in Asia were the remnant of the woman Israel , or the church , before Judaea was destroyed in 73 A.D. . ) 3.And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren. ( Romans 2:11-15 , " 11.For there is no respect of persons with God.12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;13(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:15Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another " .) 4.And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them. ( Acts 14:25-28 , " 25.And when they had preached the word in Perga, they went down into Attalia:26And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.27And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.28And there they abode long time with the disciples " . ) 5.But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. ( The sect of the Pharisees which believed that the sin sacrifice of atonement of the heart/spirit through faith , goes through the mediator Jesus Christ ; not the blood of the animals & oblations ) ( The children of Israel continued in the sacrifices & oblations for the cleaning of the body ; when it becomes unclean due to touching a dead body , woman on her monthly , purification , etc ... , but not for sin ; this came through the mediator Moses ; but the Gentiles were never under these sacrifices & oblations . The Pharisees believed that the Gentiles must be circumcised of flesh/body , when it becomes unclean , just as Israel continued in it for the flesh/body . ) 6.And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter. ( There was much discussion pertaining to what was required of the Gentiles )

7.And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. ( Matthew 16:13-19 , " 13.When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?14And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.15He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?16And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.17And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.18And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.19And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven " . ) ( Acts 10:1-5 , " 1.There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,2A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.3He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.4And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.5And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter " . ) 8.And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; ( Romans 8:1-2 , " 1.There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death " . ) 9.And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. ( Romans 10:17 , " 17.So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God " . ) 10.Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? ( THIS YOKE IS HAVING THE GENTILES GO THROUGH THE CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH/BODY , OR THE ANIMAL SACRIFICE & OBLATIONS FOR THE CLEANING OF THE FLESH/BODY , WHEN IT BECOMES UNCLEAN . ) 11.But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. ( Mark 1:14-15 , " 14.Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel " . ) ( REPENTING OF YOUR SINS WITH A SORROWFUL HEART LIKE KING DAVID , THE BELIEVING BY OBEDIENCE ; WHICH IS KEEPING YOUR MEDIATOR JESUS CHRIST COMMANDMENTS ; WHICH HE RECEIVED FROM THE FATHER ; THE LAW OF FAITH ; NOT SACRIFICES & OBLATIONS . ) 12.Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them. 13.And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: 14.Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. ( Acts 10:34-36 , " 34.Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:35But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.36The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all " .) 15.And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, 16.After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: 17.That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. ( Amos 9:11-12 , " 11.In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:12That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this ".) 18.Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world. ( Ephesians 3:1-6 , " 1.For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,2If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:3How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,4Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)5Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;6That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel ". ) 19.Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: ( THE GENTILES WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH/BODY , OR THE ANIMAL SACRIFICES & OBLATIONS , FOR THE CLEANING OF THE BODY . ) 20.But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. ( THESE WERE THE MAJOR PAGAN PRACTICES OF THE GENTILES IN TIMES PAST ; THEY WOULD LEARN ALL THE GOD OF ISRAEL LAWS ...... ) 21.For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day. ( IN THE SYNAGOGUES EVERY SABBATH DAY , WITH THE BELIEVING ISRAELITES ; SO WHEN DID THE SABBATH CHANGE TO THE FIRST DAY -SUNDAY ; REMEMBER THIS IS LONG AFTER JESUS CHRIST DEATH AND RESURRECTION . WE ARE UNDER THE CONVENANT THROUGH CHRIST NOW . ) 22.Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren: ( These men were deep in the faith of the God of Israel . ) 23.And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

24.Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment: ( THESE WERE THE MEN FROM JUDAEA WHO SAID : " EXCEPT YE BE CIRCUMCISED AFTER THE MANNER OF MOSES , YE CANNOT BE SAVED " ; WHICH IS THE CIRCUMCISION OF FLESH/BODY , OR THE LAW OF ANIMAL SACRIFICE & OBLATIONS , FOR THE CLEANING OF THE FLESH/BODY , WHEN IT BECOMES UNCLEAN . ) 25.It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26.Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27.We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth. 28.For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; ( THE HOLY GHOST , OR HOLY SPIRIT , OR THE COMFORTER , IS THE ANGEL OF GOD'S PRESENCE ; WHICH BRINGS UNDERSTANDING OF GOD'S WORD ; WHICH IS ALSO HIS HOLY GHOST OR SPIRIT . ) ( John 16:13-15 , " 13.Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.14.He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.15.All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you " . ) ( John 6:63 , " 63.It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life " . ) ( Isaiah 63:7-10 , " 7.I will mention the loving kindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.8For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.9.In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.10But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them " . ) ( Acts 5:1-10 , " 1.But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,2And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.3But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?4Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.5And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.6And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.7And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.8And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.9Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.10Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband ". ) ( Daniel 9:20-23 , " 20.And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;21.Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.22.And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.23.At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision " . ) 29.That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. ( Gentiles most practice customs ) 30.So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle: 31.Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation. ( The Gentiles were circumcised of heart/spirit the same way as Abraham , not going through the circumcision of flesh/body , or the animal sacrifices & oblations ; they were circumcised through faith to righteousness , not ever gone through works . ) ( Romans 4:6-17 , " 6.Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,7Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.8Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.9Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.10How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.11And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:12And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised.13For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.14For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:15Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.16Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,17(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were " . ) ( Romans 5:13-14 , " For until the law sin was in the world : but sin is not imputed when there is no law . Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses , even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression , who is the figure of him that was to come " ) . What is sin ? Answer , 1 John3:4 , " 4.Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Paul stated that until the law ( what law ? ) , sin ; which is the transgression of the law of God was in the world ( sin came into the world when Adam transgressed against the law of God ) , but sin ; which is the transgression of the law of God is not imputed ( represents something undesirable as been done , caused , or possessed by someone ) when there is no law . This law is not the commandments/instructions of God ; which includes all the covenants , but a sin sacrifice law that came at the time of Moses ; the law of animal sacrifice of works ; which was not of faith , but works ; ministered through the priesthood of Leviticus " . ) 32And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them. ( prophet [ˈpräfət] NOUN prophets (plural noun) · Prophets (plural noun) a person regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God. "the Old Testament prophet, Jeremiah" ) 33And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles. 34Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still. 35Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also. 36And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do. 37And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark. 38But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work. 39And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus; 40And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God. 41And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches ( ALL THE CHURCHES GAVE THE SAME DOCTRINE , COMIMG FROM THE MOTHER CHURCH IN JERUSALEM ; WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DOCTRINES TODAY , PROFESSING TO GIVE YOU THE SAME WORDS OF THE GOD OF ISRAEL ? )

FINAL COMMENTS : JESUS CHRIST RIGHTEOUS LIFE WITHOUT SIN , FREE ALL FROM THE FIRST DEATH , THE GRAVE , BUT IT IS YOUR FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST ( MARK 1:14-15 , " 14.Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel ". ) ; WHICH IS REPENTING OF YOU SINS WITH A SORROWFUL HEART LIKE KING DAVID , THEN BELIEVING BY OBEDIENCE ; WHICH IS KEEPING THE COMMANDMENTS OF JESUS CHRIST , THE GOSPEL ; WHICH HE RECEIVED FROM THE FATHER : THAT FREE YOU FROM THE SECOND DEATH , THE LAKE OF FIRE . DEUTERONOMY 18:15-19 , " 15.The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; 16According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not. 17And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken. 18I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. WHAT WAS DESIRED AT HOREB OR MOUNT SINAI ? THE TEN COMMANDMENTS SPOKEN BY THE GOD OF ISRAEL , AND THE STATUTES , JUDGMENTS , COVENANTS GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE BY MOSES ; BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID TO HEAR IT FROM GOD . JESUS DID ALL THE WORK FOR THE FIRST DEATH OF THE GRAVE ; WHEN ADAM TRANSGRESED THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD . HE DID NOT EAT FROM THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL , WHICH IS SATAN , LIKE WE ALL HAVE . HE DIED NOT FOR HIMSELF , BUT FOR ALL WHO HAST EATEN FROM IT . NOW ALL WILL BE RESURRECTED FROM THE FIRST DEATH OF THE GRAVE , BUT CAN YOU DWELL WITH THE FATHER IN HIS KINGDOM , IF YOU DIE IN YOUR FIRST BODY IN SIN 1 JOHN 1:5-7 , " 5.This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from ALL SIN . YOU CANNOT COME UNDER THE BLOOD OF CHRIST , UNTIL YOU START KEEPING THE LAWS OF GOD SHALOM !

Do you keep every jot and tittle of the Law…? Or do you cherry-pick a few of the 613 commandments that you choose to abide by and call it good…?
@messengerisrael38173 ай бұрын
@@antlers163 WHEN YOU SAY 613 COMMANDMENTS , CAN YOU NAME THEM , OR DO YOU JUST GO ALONG WITH WHAT PEOPLE SAY ? ALL THE COMMANDMENTS THAT CAME UNDER THE COVENANT THAT ISRAEL RECEIVED IN THE WILDERNESS ARE COMMANDMENTS OF THE FATHER ; AND THEY STAND FOREVER . PSALM 111:7-8 , 7.The works of his hands are verities and judgment: all his commandments are sure. 8They stand fast for ever and ever: and are done in truth and uprightness. ROMANS 2:11-15 , 11.For there is no respect of persons with God. 12For as many as have sinned without Law, shall also perish without Law: and as many as have sinned in the Law, shall be judged by the Law. 13(For not the hearers of the Law are iust before God, but the doers of the Law shall be justified; 14For when the Gentiles which have not the Law, doe by nature the things contained in the Law: these having not the Law, are a Law Unto themselves, 15Which shew the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing, or else excusing one another: WHAT YOU MAY OF MAY NOT UNDERSTAND : There is more than one type of law ; In the bible three type of laws are talked about : 1. The laws/commandments/instructions of the Father ; which includes all the covenants ; these are instructions to righteousness ; that is why when the man asked Jesus , what good things shall I do , that I may have eternal life ? Jesus said , " KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS " . 2. The law of the mediators ( law of Moses and the law of Christ ) , which are sin sacrifices laws through a priesthood , to recover you when you transgress the laws of the Father ; remember , the covenants are between the Father and the covenant people ( children of Israel ; believing Gentiles are grafted into the covenant through faith in Jesus ) . The mediators intercedes for the people ; they do not change the covenants . Israel is the only nation to have made a covenant with the Father . The Gentiles are not under the Father's law , but under Christ law ; which is the mediator of the covenant ; which also recover the Israelites from their transgressions against the Father's law . The law through the mediator Moses ( sometimes called the law of Moses , because it came through the husband/protector Moses ) was the blood of the animals and oblations ; which was carried out by the Leviticus priesthood . This law was the law of works , not of faith ( Romans 3:27-28 , " Where is boasting then ? It is excluded . By what law ? of works ? Nay: but by the law of faith . Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law " ) . The law of faith ( sometimes called the law of Christ , because it came under the husband/protector Jesus Christ ) is the blood of Jesus Christ through faith ; Which means that you must repent of your sins with a sorrowful heart ( mind ) , like king David did , and believe by obedience ; that means keeping your mediator ( Jesus Christ ) commandments ; which are the same laws/instructions/ commandments of the Father . In Hebrews 7:11-28 , the priesthood of works ( Leviticus ) was replaced by the priesthood of faith ( Melchisedec ) . Moses was the mediator of the Leviticus priesthood , and Jesus Christ is the mediator of the Melchisedec priesthood . All laws comes from the Father , but he gave the mediator laws , as the husbands/coverings/protections for the people under the covenant with the Father . WHAT DID JESUS SAY AS HE BEGAN HIS MINISTRY ? MARK 1:14-15 , 14.Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdome of God, 15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdome of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the Gospel. THOSE LAWS THAT CAME UNDER THE MEDIATOR MOSES ( LAW OF ANIMAL SACRIFICE & OBLATIONS ) , WERE REPLACED BY THE LAW OF CHRIST ; WHICH IS REPENTING OF YOUR SINS , AND BELIEVING THE GOSPEL ; WHICH ARE THE WORDS THAT JESUS GIVE YOU , THAT HE RECEIVED FROM THE FATHER ; WHICH WAS FROM THE BEGINNING . NO ! I SIN , BUT WHEN I DO : 1 JOHN 2:1-7 , 1.My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. 3And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 7Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. HOW DO YOU THINK ZACHARIAS & ELISABETH WERE RIGHTEOUS & BLAMELESS BEFORE GOD ? LUKE 1:5-6 , 5.There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. 6And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. MAN HAST ALWAYS BEEN REQUIRED TO OBEY THE LAWS OF GOD , BUT THERE IS A PURPOSE IN ALL THE LAWS HE HAST GIVEN MAN ; SOME OF THESE LAWS OF EARTHLY ( LAW OF MOSES ) , SOME OF THESE LAWS ARE HEAVENLY ( LAW OF CHRIST ) : MOSES WAS FLESH & BLOOD MAN AS THE MEDIATOR ; JESUS CHRIST IS GOD AS THE MEDIATOR . EZEKIEL 18:26-28 , 26.When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die. 27Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. 28Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die. WHY DID JESUS SAY THIS ? LUKE 5:31-32 , 31.And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. 32I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. BECAUSE THE PRIESTHOOD OF FAITH ( MELCHIZEDEK ) HAST BEEN AVAILABLE TO ALL THAT WILL LIVE BY FAITH , FROM THE BEGINNING ; WHICH IS REPENTING AND BELIEVING THE GOSPEL . ADAM PUT ALL HIS SEED UNDER THE PENALTY OF FIRST DEATH , THE GRAVE ; BUT WHAT EACH PERSON DO AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD , THAT PUT HIM UNDER THE PENALTY OF THE SECOND DEATH , THE LAKE OF FIRE . BY LIVING A RIGHTEOUS LIFE WITHOUT COMMITTING SIN , CHRIST WAS NOT WORTHY OF DEATH ; HE DIED NOT FOR HIMSELF , BUT FOR ADAM AND ALL OF HIS SEED ; WHICH IS A FREE GIFT FOR ALL ; NOW ALL WILL BE RESURRECTED FROM THE GRAVE : BUT YOU CANNOT DWELL WITH THE FATHER , IF YOU DIE IN SIN . 1 JOHN 1:5-7 , 5.This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. ONLY BY REPENTING AND BELIEVING THE GOSPEL , CAN CHRIST BLOOD CLEAN YOU FROM ALL SIN ( EARTHLY & HEAVENLY ) . SHALOM !

The northern kingdom became gentiles. Jacob predicted that Ephraims decedents would become GOY...period. It doesn't matter if it's translated "nations" instead of "gentiles"...the gospel was to be "preached to all nations"...thats Ephraim (Northern kingdom) Paul told the Corinthian gentiles "all our fathers passed through the sea". Who's father's passed through the sea? Israels. but wait...there's plenty more: **Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 1 cor 12 See that? The ones "carried away to idols" were gentiles. Whi was "carried away to idols"? Northern kingdom Israelites. Pagans were never under the law or its curse so there's that. jews = southern kingdom redeemed gentiles = northern kingdom other gentiles = pagans You were born apart from the law. Paul said "sin apart from the law is dead" Do you believe him?

Hello, FRS. It's impossible for the Northern Kingdom to have "become Gentiles" because the Bible uses the term גּוֹיִֽם׃ (ἐθνικοὶ) to refer to people who are from any nation other than Israel. RLS

Solberg! Stop it!! The "gentiles" (ethnos) being redeemed in the new testament were scattered uncircumcised northern kingdom Israelites. Pagans were never under the law or its curse. Pagans are not redeemed from the curse of the law. You know this right??? We were born apart from the law. Paul said " sin apart from the law is dead" Our sins are dead. Period.

Can you please give Scriptural support for your assertion that "the Gentiles being redeemed in the NT were scattered uncircumcised northern kingdom Israelites"? Thank you!

@dancingzolins6782 No problem... Here is where Jacob literally predicted it And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of GOY Gen 48:19 Goy is translated as "nations" or "gentiles" Ephraims decedent's (Israelites) became a MULTITUDE OF GENTILES. plus Paul told the Galatian gentiles "we were kept under the law"...that's ISRAEL He told the Corinthian gentiles "all our fathers passed through the sea"...again...ISRAEL

Hi, MandMe. I hate to ruin your theology, but what you're teaching is simply not true. According to the _Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament,_ the word גּוֹי (goy) can mean Gentiles, but it can also simply mean "nation" or "people," as in the whole population of a territory, typically stressing the blood relationship. And did you know that _goy_ can also be used to describe a multitude or swarm of animals (Prov. 30:25)? In Scripture _goy/goyim_ is often used to describe the pagan peoples as opposed to Israel (heathens), *but not always.* Determining what גּוֹי means in any given verse is a question of context. This is why every major English translation of Genesis 48:19 chose the word _nations,_ *not* _gentiles._ This verse in context is saying that whereas Manasseh will become a “people,” Ephraim will become a multitude. Years later Ephraim became a leading tribe in the Northern Kingdom, much superior to the tribe of Manasseh, as Jacob had predicted. Shalom, Rob

@TheBiblicalRoots Don't worry Rob... you haven't ruined anything. My "theology" that the "ethnos" (gentiles, nations) being redeemed from the curse of the law in the first century were scattered Israelites can't be ruined. That's just how facts work. Jacob predicted that Ephraims decedent's would become a multitude of GOY ..period. Doing your word gymnastics doesn't help because "Nations" works just as well... It doesn't matter if it's translated nations instead of gentiles because in the first century the gospel was being "preached to all nations"...either way, it was Ephraims decedent's (northern kingdom). My "theology" stands. I noticed you forgot to address why Paul told the Corinthian gentiles "all our fathers passed through the sea"...that's indisputably Israelites. But wait...there's plenty more: ***ye know that ye WERE GENTILES carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 1 cor 2 See that? The ones "carried away to idols" were GENTILES. Who was "carried away to idols" Rob??? You know it was the northern kingdom, but you're in WAAAY too deep to admit it. Jew = southern kingdom Redeemed gentiles = northern kingdom Other gentiles = pagans Too easy, really. Plus pagans were never under the law or its curse, so there's that. You were born apart from the law. Paul said "sin apart from the law is dead" Do you believe him?

@TheBiblicalRoots again..stop it! You can't ruin facts. Jacob predicted that Ephraims decedents would become GOY...period. "nations" works in my favor, too. It doesn't matter if it's translated "nations" instead of "gentiles"...the gospel was to be "preached to all nations"...thats Ephraim (Northern kingdom) buddy. You failed to address that Paul told the Corinthian gentiles "all our fathers passed through the sea". Who's father's passed through the sea Rob? Israels. but wait...there's plenty more: **Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 1 cor 12 See that? The ones "carried away to idols" were gentiles. Whi was "carried away to idols" Rob? Northern kingdom Israelites. Pagans were never under the law or its curse so there's that. jews = southern kingdom redeemed gentiles = northern kingdom other gentiles = pagans You were born apart from the law. Paul said "sin apart from the law is dead" Do you believe him?

You haven't really given a great response to 119. You basically said 'No' and then provided the mainstream Christian interpretation. You denied context of the culture and of the Apostles. You also refused to acknowledge the very real existence of Torah observance by Paul just a little later in Acts 21. By the understanding your video teaches, Paul is either a liar and deceiver or a very confused individual that will go along with willful deception of others. You also keep slipping in the end of your argument before you've proven it: that the Gentiles weren't required to keep the old covenant law. You haven't proven that with Peter, yet you tried to use Peter to prove it in verse 9. I don't know. Their interpretation is seemingly as likely as yours.

Really? 119 are Satan Worshippers, they teach the false gospel Paul speaks of, They are Charlatans Another Idiot with Acts 21 --- James rebukes 119's teaching on Acts 15.- Acts 21: 25 But as for the Gentiles who have believed, we have sent a letter with our judgment that they should abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what has been strangled,[d] and from sexual immorality.” Give me 1 scripture where anyone instructs the Church to keep the law of Moses, just 1, David Wilber who works for 119 couldnt find 1 maybe you can You know that Bible that 119 twists? it was Canonized by Christian men of God who Didnt keep the law of Moses and worshipped on the Lord's Day Try this Give me the names of 5 men of God who preached the Cross plus the law of Moses from 5 different centuries Satan Loves You

Thanks Jonathon. I appreciate your perspective. I would say that this video makes it abundantly clear that 119’s primary claim- namely, that Acts 15:1-29 is a debate between keeping the law as a matter of salvation vs. obedience-is false. Best, RLS

More in: 1/The Council of Jerusalem in Acts 15:1-30 and the partition of Christianity in two Apostolic Traditions: Circumcised(Muslims) vs. Uncircumcised(Paul's Nazareans or Catholics...) 2/The Making of the Arabian Messiah, Sole Ruler of Mankind Like Caeasar Augustus.
