Since then, Israel had been gradually turning its back on God....sleeping with "Mystery, Babylon the Great Harlot", turning a blind eye when their "allies" killed innocents and looted oil for decades from Israel's neighbouring states.. Promote gay marriage. Killed more than a million of their own unborn children (a form of sacrifice to Molach) by abortion. If it's okay for you to mutilate and dissect your own unborn children and hushed it up. They should know that God of Justice cannot let them get away with it. So, could it be possible that God "allowed" evil to fall on them because of their own evils. After all, isn't this what all the Old Testament talked about!? When ancient Israel became evil and turned their back against God, He would drive them out of their own home, made them slaves to their own enemies?! Hamas is evil. But if Israel is good. God will protect it. But Israel hates Yeshua. They curse His Name. They spite on those who spread the gospels and curse you and tell you to get out of their land. Remember Yeshua said: "....they hate you because they hated Me first." So, Israel should repent and not take vengeance. When they are defiant they are defiant against God. Very dangerous. I have a funny problem: I‘m a christian pedagogue working in a christian pre-school and the muslim children love to hear about Jesus. So their parents try to forbid me to talk about Jesus, which obviously doesn‘t work. So they teach their children to not listen to me and disobey my rules because I will burn in hell for believing in Christ and everything I say is a lie. But I can‘t criticise them openly for undermining our authority in our own house, because then I am an islamophobe and therefore at risk of losing my job - for sharing Christ‘s message in a christian house.

It's time to change the word "Islamophobia" to "anti-Muslim bigotry", because there's nothing irrational about fearing Islam, especially not if one is an ex Muslim. However, there's something irrational about hating people just because they're Muslim. It's a word that doesn't make sense because it's not even used correctly. Muslims suffer more than anyone else because of Islam. The Old Testament does have a lot of violence, death etc. There is some from wars but a lot if it is from God himself doing it (flood, plagues, killing first born, etc). The Quran doesnt narrate this sort of violence in that way...its from the hands of the believers themselves that are doing the bidding for God. So both have violence. And its violence & death that appeases God.

And when Israel went into the land of Canaan it was because the nations were so evil that God decided to destroy them. And you are right, God does kill a lot of people. But Islam teaches violently subjugating the whole world. God never intended to do that through Israel (Read Deuteronomy 2:4-9). In the Hadiths it says that in the last days the Muslims will fight and kill the Jews to the point where it says that a rock and a tree will shout "Hey Muslim, a Jew is hiding behind me. Come quick and kill him!" The Old Testament is far different for the koran

While people did marry earlier (due to much lower life expectancy, among other things), it was not "normal" to marry a 6/9 year old. It was done in some cases for political alliances. The issue with Muhammad is that Muslims view him as the PERFECT example for all humans and all time, so they still follow his example and what he says in the Quran (65:4 shows for example that no minimum age is required, which is explained by many Islamic scholars over the centuries). So, on one side Muslims want to tell us that is was only "at that time" but on the other side that the Quran and Muhammad's example is eternal!

So far Islamophobia is not a diagnostic term. Even the Psychiatric Times admits that. You are right, a phobia is an irrational fear; thus, we have no Pirahna phobia, rattlesnake phobia, lion phobia, great white shark phobia. The term is simply a weaponization of language. Think of how many people are actually afraid of gays. None that I know of, even in the past when some people were very prejudiced, but the term is homophobia. According to evolutionary biology, the actual emotional response to sexuality we find aversive, is disgust, not fear. Disgust is associated with nausea or contamination. After Hamas' behavior on Oct. 7, which I cannot bring myself view, I think my response to these men is disgust and bewilderment. However, Brother Rachid should be fearful and alert. Love you guys.

It's interesting that Jake in that clip said that the death punishment is in the Quran. It's actually not. You could interpret some verses (like spreading corruption) as meaning that but most Muslims will argue against it (since if you spread corruption, other punishments could be applied according to the Quran). The most clear statement that cannot be argued against (and which is quoted in the Sharia manuals) is in the sahih hadiths.
