Very important clues of information act 39. Some are related to my on court case that is against Agents, property dealear and two banks, they know each other's.they registered my property to his recently heird servant who was belong to Up. On bank issued 59lakhas. without investigations.shoed me his brother and my property registered in his name.in a 2 weeks property dealer took 50 lakhs back from me same property money for his business bychecqe. In 4 month I was residing in that property other One banks issued 85lakhs other person and property transferred to other person.when on Banks loan money was due. App happend without my knowledge.all that I learned Nov 2012. Saled on Jan.2012..He did not returned my money so I complained police and others Department.than went court. For civil and criminal justice.where I came to know that both banks issued a huge loan o fake documents of my property to an unofficial person. 2 charges sheets submitted in court.after knowing that bank did not taken any aganist the culprit. And police is not register any FIR against bank pe rson.who issued the huge loans on fake document to the illegal person.without informed me.all are trying to grab my property and money. Need urgently advise why the FIR not registered by police and court.finger prints CFS report also declared fake signature.
