how did you rent a car in Japan :)? and which JR pass did you use.

If you get your international license in your country before coming to Japan you can rent a car at any rental shop! I recommend reserving the car ahead of time online ^^ As for the train, I didn’t use a JR pass but you can catch a bus from Shinjuku station to Yamanakako to get there~
