Pupil Teachers I think were those who got the chance to teach with SHS certificate. That's not possible today.

Now they usually recruit those with Educational Certificates, nonetheless you can try when they're recruiting. You better can find out more if you know anyone who works at the education office.

Yes please. There's a programme at UCC, it's a year, 3 semester programme to upgrade to teach at the SHS.
