For example: Rocks outside the map in Mossrock, the floating islands on Suijin, the vent flank on Mercenary Park, and the "sewers" on Dustbowl Last.

dogbread is the only shutter on the map (spawn doors don't count) therefore it is shutter. alternatively call it hand because there is a big hand on it. you could also call it tunnel. china should be called balcony and the building itself should be called kitchen. bridge is obviously bridge. catwalk, nest, battlements, or lookout make more sense than japan.
