Should go for this after 12th as you can take advantage of graduation time for clearing sufficient exams . In IAI you have to clear first entrance exam-ACET and than you can go for further exams and in IFOA no need for entrance direct exam and eligibility is 12th should be cleared

IAI-1. good level of questions means in exam they are like mind opening. 2. generally passing is low (25-30%). 3. Fees is low. IFOA- level of ques. generally lower than iai. 2. passing rate is nearly 50-60% 3. fees is too high [IAI conducts mock before exam IFOA doesn't] So decide which is better ......

Just went through the video and being a acturial science student i would say we prefer ifoa because it's more certain unlike indian one whose results are uncertain And one more thing is working after completing 4-5 paper is necessary because it helps u clear further paper, this is what I have heard from my seniors 🤩

Also be weary about the exams that you write. If you study with say a University online you might want to check if your country's Actuarial Association will recognize the exam for exemptions purposes. Currently we've had so many University exams postponed, some to next year, because of COVID and because ASSA (South Africa) will not recognize online exams unless it's their own ( which has it's own hoops to jump through). You don't want to study and write exams only to be told that they won't be recognized.
