Sir can u explain from where those Na + Ca +. K+ comes to cell And can both sodium ion and calcium ion enter at the same time or can plateau phase occur if only Ca ions enter in the place of Na iond

Sodium Pottasium ATPase pump regulate the activity of Na and K ions and Ca and Na exchange pump regulate the activity of Na and Ca ions..........No plateau phase occurs is Ca is the depolarizing ion..................You can observe the same in auto depolarization of SA node..................
