I guess its because the 3rd shot is necessary to make the gun more balanced cuz if u make it shoot 2 then the burst will just feel like a single shot and a guy with a fast trigger finger will just destroy everyone

Since the 2shot burst is at 1600-1800rpm If u engaged with a guy with a gun thats single fire only and u all have the same trigger speed u will have double the rounds fired at him Witch is just OP The 3rd round takes longer to fire than the 1st and 2nd rounds witch will help the weapon be more fair

Burst-fire AN-94 was one of my favourite guns to use in Battlefield. You could time the recoil of the bursts to essentially rapid-fire with no recoil and the fire rate of that burst was insanely high with good damage. It was a go-to in hardcore as bursting allowed for great ammo conservation and made it a monster at any range

the teleporting is packet burst, where instead of losing packets, some packets are delayed and then you get em all at once. Hence you teleporting. It's the 3 oranges squares on the left of your screen. It started happening more after S5 launch. I changed my region settings from EU to USA and it seemed to help for now.

The AN94 is originally a 2 round burst rifle. It fires that way so the shooter can fire more shots, and have tighter shot grouping, without recoil being an issue. Hence why ot 2 round bursts
